I have an indentation on the left side circular but the plaque is dorsal and some of it actually in the septum. on the sides where the indentation is there is none. how does something that sits dorsally cause a reduction of girth on the sides? I expected plaque to be on the side too
There can be additional plaque than you are aware or can feel.
It's "fibrosis," which is basically unhealthy tissue with higher collagen to healthy cell ratio, this and trapped blood (hematoma) or poor blood flow due to poor cell health. Sometimes you can get such dents diagnosed as corporal fibrosis.
so I talked to an actual androglosist and I think you are all a little misinformed. or he is. the indentation doesn't need to be plaque in itself. it could be a tiny plaque dorsally but due to the enormous pressure in the tunica during an erection, it causes this indentation. for example where my indentation is there is nothing to be palpated, nothing to be seen in ultra sound at all. there is only a tiny plaque right near the septum nd inside the septum despite there being an indentation on the left. I was surprised at the "extent" of scar tissue I have which is very very minor but if you look at the indentation it must be massive, 3cm*0.5cm. but its onlx a few mm. this wasn't some doofus either he was the one doing the main clinical trial for xiaflex in Germany so he must know where plaque is and what it is because he's been injecting into it many times. the ring that I can "feel" is supposedly vascular tissue
So these cords or rings are normal vascularization and you don't have Peyronies Disease?

no i do hace Peyronies but the cords aren't plaque, the plaque is in the septum and dorsally
Peter, can you clean your inbox please? Need to PM you
yes
It's what i thought, i have them too but i can feel the hard plaques further up and centrally but don't know if the veins appeared post peyronies
the worst about those indentations is the pain and instability associated with them. like when ibmasturbate, wnd there is friction over the indented area, there is insane amounts ofnpain involved. my peyronies pain does not come from inflammation, it comes from the constriction of the indentation. im afraid this will never go away and with the associated instability i cant have sex on my back aymore as there it is the worst

I am experiencing similar issue. Did you see some guys got rid of their dents by fasting have you tried it?
impossible to get rid of this by fasting i think
I totally agree with peter about intendation theory .I have it but nothing show up in US because ther is no plaque and fibrosis, but the intendation worsening your pyronie escape on the size .. nightmare
My dent was caused by a trauma, the area of my dent it feels like really soft penis tissue, is weaker than the rest of the penis tissue. The Restorex it made it worse, I need low tension vs high tension.
I think of trying traction devices such as penimaster pro or restore x but I read that many men make their disease worse , also taking any injection like PRP shots or verapamil is more dangerous ,
The Doctor told me that penis tissue is very complicated
The PRP made it worse, the first two weeks after the shot my erections were better, but now my penis is even thinnier and my dent is more pronounce. Basically every single "therapy" for Peroynes made it worse
Is there a nodule / harder area/ridge etc. corresponding to where the indent is, or was there originally a trauma location corresponding. That would make sense to explain indentation.
I had an issue identical to yours. Dent on right side base.. It was getting much better with VED usage and the pain and instablility was also getting much better.
Only problem was once when I overpumped - the most damage went to that area and now i'm at a worse stage than I was before.
So note - can get better with VED BUT be careful not to overpump and be cautious!!!!
