Title: Should I be concerned about curve looking like it's returning?
Post by: Tugglespa on October 04, 2020, 10:18:58 AM
Hey! I'm 20 and had a plication done 3 weeks ago. My curve was about 50°. After the surgery on my first erection it was almost pretty straight. Now, it's starting to go back to the right it's at about 20° right now. Will the sutures still pull it back straight, or would I have to get another procedure done? My appointment for follow up is this week. I was just wondering if this was normal or not.

It should be straight, it is very odd that it is doing this so soon after surgery.
Speak to your consultant as soon as possible.

I'm sure it will be ok.  At three weeks there a tremendous amount of swelling.  Takes about 10 weeks to be healed.  I know it's frustrating. And we like to check the outcome... but doing it daily will just drive you crazy.  You can call the surgeon... but honestly there's no way to tell till like three months out.
I even asked my surgeon about the likelihood of reoccurrence. The answer was.  Not likely

So try to rest and don't fiddle with it. Normal night erections are fine. But don't mess with it.   Peace
