I feel like my ED is progressing. First I had good erection without any drug, then I needed 2.5mg cialis and after some detoriation in curvature I needed 5mg daily cialis and then I had good night time erection morning erection where still week thought but otherwise good erection, ransom erection too. But since 3 days it suddenly changed I feel numbness in the penis, a pain where the prostate is which could mean tight pelvic floor but I have no morning erection, literally complete flat line and I need to watch porn and touch myself to get an erection and they don't last when I lay on my back and stand up. How can this be?? This is so damn frustrating how can I have ED at 22. My curvature did not get any worse in the last 4 weeks so I'm wondering why the erectyle function did basically within 2 days? I hope it's because of depression and anxiety and tight pelvic floor.
I should add even before peyronies for my age I had poor erection only. Could get erect when laying or sitting never when standing and once I stood up I'd deflate instantly. 22 years old, non smoker, non diabetic, no history of any risk factors. This is so confusing to me especially frustrating when I read about 70 year old having better erectile function than I do. It's depressing
