Title: Phallosan Forte
Post by: quentin on April 08, 2020, 04:36:35 PM
Hey guys!

I just wanted to make a post about my initial experience with the Phallosan Fote, but first a little backstory.

I've had a strong downward curve since as far back as I can remember getting erections, and because of that, I'd always tuck it down, which probably contributed further to it.  I had always hated it, and wanted it to be straight.  I've done searches and found surgeries to correct it, but never went past the research stage as the thought of having an operation on my penis, and risking potential other complications scared me, until last year when I ordered an X4 Labs device.

I can say without a doubt I absolutely hated the X4 Labs stretcher, it was uncomfortable, bulky, and never stayed on properly.  I found that no matter what way I tried (I even ordered the Quad support system for extra ways of securing it), none of them worked properly.  If I didn't have it tight enough, my glans would just shrink to the point of slipping right through however I mounted it, and the 2 times I did get it to stay, I had to secure it so tightly, that over 30 minutes my glans was losing circulation, going purple, numb and tingly, which I absolutely hated.  I couldn't imagine using it for any extended lengths of time with how finicky it was to put on, get adjusted, etc... So I returned it at a loss for 70-80% of my money back.

Fast forward to last week, due to the Covid-19 situation, I had cancelled my upcoming vacation, and decided to re-purpose some of the funds towards self improvement, and decided to give the Phallosan a try.  (I had my eye on it back when I ordered the X4 Labs device, but at nearly 3x the price, it wasn't that appealing, although since I also got a 20% discount, with 4 free sleeves, that sweetened the deal.  I threw on the Phallosan Plus+ as well for potential future traction methods if I wanted to go further than what the strap could offer.

Anyway, I received my Phallosan yesterday, and put it on for the first time, and it was so comfortable to wear.  No pain, no discomfort, no issues, just the sensation of it being pulled.  I can say for certain, the Vacuum bell and sleeve system is incredible, and works perfectly for me.  I put my pants on, and went about my daily routine almost forgetting I was wearing it.  Kept it on for an hour and a half before realizing the instructions said to do 1 hour on the first day, 2 hours on second, etc, up to Day 8 where you keep using it 8 hours a day.  I ended up doing a second 1 hour session yesterday evening since I had no bad effects from it.

Today I put it on for 2 and a half hours for the first session, and will likely do another hour or two this evening as well.  I can honestly say I can see myself wearing this for 6-8 hours a day no problem considering there is no real discomfort at all.

As I'm saddened that there are so little reviews with actual progress pictures, I'll be keeping a twice monthly photo log, or at the very least monthly, of the progress of straightening.  As I'm just slightly above average length, and average girth, if I happen to gain in either of those areas, that'll just be an added bonus, but not necessary as my primary objective is simply to straighten this downward curve so I can be happier with myself.

It sounds like you have a cogenital curve, haven't seen any research that indicates it can be treated w traction.  Also, I may be wrong but this reads suspiciously as an advertisement.  Hope I'm wrong and you keep coming back showing your progress or lack of it.

Hi TonySa, Thanks for the reply, although this definitely isn't an advertisement.  Paid for completely out of my own pocket.  Also have the pictures of how horrible an experience I had with my X4 Labs was (including non-existent customer service...  Over a month and a half of e-mailing them, no one responded once to me about getting a refund after I shipped it back, following their automated e-mail on how to return it.)  Ended up opening a Paypal dispute in order to get my money back.  Paypal closed it and refunded 80% of my money after X4 simply wouldn't responding to me or the dispute so thankfully PayPal settled it in my favor.)

As for the cogenital curve, if that's the case, I'm still giving it a try for the next year, working up to 6-8 hours a day, 6 days a week, even if it can reduce the curve a little by stretching the underside just a bit, that would make me happier.  Phallosans website does list "Correct Peyronie's Disease and penile curvature" although if there are no studies, my monthly pictures should show if I'm improving.

https://www.phallosan.com/incurvate-penis-ipp.html "PHALLOSAN forte is therefore a true alternative to operative treatment. Due to the continuous pull, the penis can be straightened or at least improved, without losing length, since the pull on the glans stretches the penis. The direction of the deviation is irrelevant."  :)

I know everyones body is different, so just like anything results can vary.

This was from 2006 to show was it was like 14 years ago.

This one is from a couple days ago to show what it's like at it's present time as a baseline for measuring any improvements (there is a small difference, mostly from on and off manual stretching I've attempted over the years.

I now understand after seeing other peoples bends in other subforums, that I may not have Peyronies, and more potentially a Cogenital curve, although figured since this is the "Traction Device" subforum, it was the best place.

I'm interested to know how your results are.

I was going to purchase the Phallosan but I opted for Restorex instead due to the time you have to wear it.

What are your peyronies symptoms if you don't mind me asking?

Thanks,
JJ

Absolutely!

I was considering the Restorex, but since it's yet another couple hundred over the cost of the Phallosan, I thought trying the middle option might be a better option to start.

Since it was pointed out it may not be Peyronies, but rather Cogenital, I was unsure as I hadn't brought this up to a urologist in the past, so I don't have a definite diagnosis, although there is a firm/harder feeling area that I can feel on the underside left/right where it curves, so I was unsure if this was just thicker than normal tissue causing the bend, or plaque in the case of Peyronies.  I'll definitely keep at it, and do monthly photos to keep a log.

To describe how/where I feel it, at the point of the bend, it's on either side of the area where the urethra is, Circled in Green:

Unlike the rest of the underside of my shaft, that area feels thicker/firmer than the rest of it, so it could just be that the tissue formed tighter there, so hopefully regular repeated stretching will either soften the curve, or straighten it out nearly completely.
