Title: Confused by loss of girth at the base (where there is no plaque)
Post by: MikeSmith0 on August 28, 2010, 09:42:57 AM
I took my quarterly re-measurements and as usual, everything is smaller.  This time, I have lost about 1/2" of girth from the base which is very odd.  There is no plaque there.  I have been on 2mg cialis every other day for the past month + pentox + arganine.  I have not had any full erections in the past month, so perhaps this caused the problem...but 1/2 an inch?  Geez... what more can I lose here?  I have also been using fast size more (per the urging of 2 urologist) which is supposed to restore girth so i am at a loss for what is going on.

Are you still using the VED? If so, that will hopefully help combat the possible effects of a lack of natural erections. To look at, does your penis actually look like it has lost girth at the base, or was this a surprise to you? By " I have not had any full erections in the past month" do you mean that it's possible for you to gain an erection over this period of time at all? Could you up the dose of cialis, or perhaps add pycnogenol to the l-arginine - as there is an erection promoting synergy to them, when used as a pair. Anything to encourage erections is a bonus.

Hey newguy,

I have been traveling a lot so it's been hard to use the VED.  I do need to get back on that protocol ASAP.  I think I blame the lack of VED use on this actually.

I didn't really look like I lost girth, but when I measured - I did...it was a surprise.  I kept re-measuring and trying to get more aroused but I just was stuck... what's awkward is that I can have an orgasm with a 60% erect penis so I can't keep "working on it" to get it larger.

I am closer to the implant surgery every day I think... really really crazy for someone who is 30 and never had a penile injury... but... lucky me.

A couple of suggestions: 1) take pycnogenol with the arginine since there is evidence that it makes it much more effective, and 2) I'd take some vitamin K (specifically the K2-MK4 form) to prevent and quite possibly reverse soft tissue calcification (I like this one (http://www.iherb.com/Carlson-Labs-Vitamin-K2-5-mg-180-Capsules/14812?at=0) or this one (http://www.amazon.com/Thorne-Research-Vitamin-K2/dp/B000FGWDTK/ref=sr_1_fkmr1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1283139782&sr=8-1-fkmr1)).
