Which option is better for severe peyronies?
Implant needed when also severe ED? What's Penile "reconstruction" entail?
I don't know exactly what penile reconstruction entails but lets just say removal of plaques+grafting+plus modeling..
I think both would be best if you have peyronie's and ED

The rest... the malfunction risk erctil is very big.
It is possible to shape and to implant, but only to shape instead of implanting... I do not see it.
