Implant needed when also severe ED?  What's Penile "reconstruction" entail?

I don't know exactly what penile reconstruction entails but lets just say removal of plaques+grafting+plus modeling..

Well what surgeon would i want then because it seems there are only reconstruction specialists or implant specialists but not both that ive seen..

I believe that the only answer for peironyes severe is the implant.
The rest... the malfunction risk erctil is very big.
It is possible to shape and to implant, but only to shape instead of implanting... I do not see it.
