Title: One cylinder protocol?
Post by: Onemorestep on October 15, 2017, 04:23:45 AM
Hey everyone,

I purchased an eracaid esteem one cylinder manual pump and for the life of me I can't find protocol for how to use it. It might seem silly but I really don't understand how to navigate this site. Could anyone link me to the most current suggestion for pumping protocol? (Length of pump times and percentage of filling needed.)

Thank you so much.

Oms

Onemorestep:

OK, the protocol for the one cylinder (makes no difference for the brand name) is located in the VED boards section of the home page index.

Here is how to find it:
1. Log into the home page as usual
2. Scroll down the index list to find the VED board topic
3. Open the VED board
4. Find the one cylinder VED therapy protocol entitled for the Vitality one cylinder VED
5. Read through it several times, making notes of questions you might have.
6. Send me a PM (private message) with those questions for answers BEFORE YOU START YOUR THERAPY.

I will help you start the right procedure without causing further injury to your already injured Dick.

Best regards, Old Man

Here is the successful study using that exact VED - The role of vacuum pump therapy to mechanically straighten the penis in Peyronie's disease - Raheem - 2010 - BJU International - Wiley Online Library (http://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1111/j.1464-410X.2010.09365.x/pdf)

This is the method used:

Over a 12-week period, the patients used a vacuum device without the constriction ring, for 10 min twice daily to stretch the penis. The cylinder was applied to the penis and slowly inflated until the penis was erect and maintained in this position for 3 min. The vacuum was then released to allow the erection to subside and the process repeated over a 10-min period.

The cylinder was applied to the penis and slowly inflated until the penis was erect and maintained in this position for 3 min. The vacuum was then released to allow the erection to subside and the process repeated over a 10-min period.

This is a lot different from the Vitality OTC One Cylinder VED protocol. Holding a full erection for 3 min sounds kinda risky doesn't it?

Pump for approximately 30 seconds to the level that you have no discomfort and no pain, release for 10 to 30 seconds
