So iam finally ordering VED (i think i'll go with Vitallity OTC) and trying this for of therapy, as VED could be the way to deal with extreme hourglassing that started after my injury six years ago.
I've felt the plaque like tissue which i think is causing the expansion problems (mild ED, my penis in it's lower part is at 1/2 of it's width both errect and flaccid and has serious circulation and stabillity issues because of it) in the corpuses, but the problem is, my two hourglasses are in perineum area.
My question would be: does VED work only on external Penis parts, or do you think it can also help in dissolving plaque/hourglass and restoring girth in my, under-the-skin penis parts? And if not, could i do anything non surgical methods (is there any surgery except implant that could help) to restore that part?
I suppose the whole idea with VED is to remodel plaque that is inside the penis...?
I meant could you remodel below the skin level of penis as in internal penis parts, root of penis

VED suppose to increase blood flow to the penis, help with erection, eliminate hourglass, soften the plaque (maybe), gain back lost length and girth

I don't know how long you have Peyronies, earlier treatment, better results.
I thing VED will work also for your perineum area hourglass.
Just don't forget consistency and be careful not to over-pump.
Pump to the level you feel comfortable and no pain.

It has been six years since my injury/fracture, it took me much time to realise i have to fix my dick, hope the deformity is still reversable

I can't tell you how much you will get back to the before Peyronies shape/length/girth.
Everyone is different.
But I am sure that consistency will help and the situation will improve.
