Title: traction or jelqing?

What is beter to do with hand? i find traction somethimes painfull .
What are your opinion, did you have any ruttines , and what are you doing?
and how much :D
I have bend upward and rotate in center a litle bit, sometimes after sex, something like spider vains :)

Avoid helquibg as it causes/worsens peyronies!

As Tsanchez said, jelqing/helquibg are causing Peyronies (jelqing/helquibg, don't know the exact terminology)

Far too easy to cause permanent 'damage' jelqing, don't do it, don't even think about it!

Well i use it for some time, have some pain after traction by hand, but some of had sucsess, like neo, or others on forum, so far i heard only the bedt things about that. But i must admit once i feel pain soo much after, maybi i didnt do as i should?
