Title: Protocol confusion (2023)
Post by: optuma on January 04, 2023, 03:16:23 PM
1) On the protocol it says to do 10 cycles, do you rest in between each cycle? how many seconds/minutes? it was not mentioned
2) I understand why the SMALL CYLINDER is used during this protocol but can someone please explain the reason for MEDIUM and LARGE?
3) should we progressively increase the negative pressure each week when we get use to it?

How many people have successfully used this protocol? Does everyone agree not to hold the erections for longer than 5-60 seconds

Thank you

I hold for 10 seconds and then rest for 5 seconds between cycles, holding the deflate button down the whole time.
The small cylinder of course encourages a straight erection, therefore stretching the damaged tissue longitudinally more than the healthy tissue.
The B & C cylinders are there to stretch on the girth plane. Most people will completely fill the small chamber, but not the medium or large. By using these as part of the protocol the idea is you can slowly stretch length and girth in a way that will hopefully help soften and stretch the plaques.
Be wary of the super success stories here. Many people use a VED for a long period of time without much change/improvement. My only improvement after 80 days so far is resolution of NTE pain for example. All other symtoms, plaques, curve etc have either remained OR gotten worse.

Thank you, that is a shame! I just spent £300 on the SOMACORRECT XTRA hoping it will be effective.

How come you only do 10 seconds which is the low end of the 5 to 60 seconds recommendation? Have you found one superior/inferior over each other?

The forum protocol specifies 10s holds, anything longer runs the risk of overpumping, something which I am very wary of.
