Title: Shrinkage just like the doctor told me 35 years ago
Post by: mfwaic1 on November 12, 2019, 01:57:02 PM
I've read a lot of post and enjoy reading from so many that have had the same experience. I was diagnosed 33 years ago. In the late 80's there wasn't much to know about Peyronies and all they could tell me was, as long as it works your fine. The doctor warned me that at 40 years old I would experience problems. Wow what a lot to look forward to, but 4 years after I turned 40, I experience extreme shrinkage which was more than what I thought would happen. It's not the end of the world but I can understand how my emotions started to get the best of me and how it shaped my masculinity for several years until I realized as so many others before me that it wasn't the end of the world I just needed to adapt. It's sad they don't have a cure —someday some great mind will solve. All I can do is hope the younger generation explore this forum and learn what to expect from so many people here that just want to share their experiences. Wish I had of found this information when I was 16 years old and clueless about what to expect down the road.  I've wondered if anyone Has lost sensation like I have. I can still get and maintain an erection but the pleasure I once felt is really diminished once the shrinkage set in??  Fine day to everyone. Hope you all have found a way to be happy and fulfilled even though we have all experienced different or similar obstacles in our lives.

Big respect to you man. I'm self-diagnosed since a few months back.
This forum is a savior, ultimately too I hope. Since the majority of urologists handle this "disease" like it's a fkn joke, I can only imagine the insecurity and anxiety of getting this in the 80's.
At least now there's a forum and a lot of info. As well as undocumented ways of treating the disease and even possibly cure it. But it's something we have to do ourselves. The doctors in our systems won't suggest anything else than surgery or possibly pentox and xiaflex... Pretty much the same as in the 80's I imagine. No significant difference I bet.
It's scary that a lot of urologists and "specialists" still give patients Vitamin E because it had so called "promising results in patients" back in 1948 or something.
Anyway, stay on the forum and try to gain knowledge man. I'm sure you'll work something out.
God bless you

being paralyzed, having cancer, having MS, all not the end of the world. allno big deal! everything is fine! its all great! having no sexuality qnd a micro penis with total impotence under 30 is just fine :))

Being impotent is a huge deal but it's not a reason to commit suicide. I myself am going through major shrinkage and completely impotent. I don't even have money to afford an implant and in my country there are no good surgeons. I too thought about suicide at one point but now I have decided to accept my condition. Go to the r/blind and r/disability subreddit and get some motivation to live a life with a disability. It would be difficult but not impossible. And who knows, one day some cure may come out.

For penis shinkrage you should use penis traction for at least 4 hours a day, and add penis pump 20 min a day, also  take cialis daily, l-argenine, Q10
