do you guys lose your erection when you stand up? i cant tell if its cause im extremely numb or if its because i have a venous leak.
Talking about myself, maybe when standing up my erections are even better a little bit.
I think I may have also venous leakage but never tested for.
I may ask to be tested in the near future.

i dunno maybe i do, but i took 2 doppler ultrasounds with no injections they wouldnt give me one and they said everything was fine.
since my injury 6 years ago i lose my erection when i stand up and i lose my erection without constant stimulation, but if i have constant stimulation i can have sec a long time.
i cant do doggy style.
if i have a venous leak they would have caught it in the doppler ultrasound right?
I had ultrasound without erection and I get the ultrasound pictures. Maybe because I made it private, I don't have insurance.
As I read on the forum, to check venous leakage have to induce erection.

I'm having the opposite, I usually have lousy erections when I'm laying on my back, and I almost all the time loose it quickly after trying woman on top in example. But when I stand up, the erection gets strong.
It helps if you wear two cock rings. One around the testicles and penis and one around the base of the penis. Not only does it limit venous leakage but also it makes your penis bulge quite nicely and you can keep an erection longer. And it makes your orgasm feel even better.
Just don't wear the rings longer than 30 minutes.

Thank you for that info. I agree that this may pose a problem if the cock ring around the scrotum is too tight. The ring I use allows for the free flow of the semen. In fact, it causes enough pressure that the semen literally will rocket out of my penis and can fly quite a distance, which can be cause for quite a bit of clean-up for me. :)

I find it extremely hard to get an erection standing up, almost impossible. I can somewhat easily get an erection if sitting or laying down. If I go from sitting or laying down to standing up my erection seems straighter than usual but it goes down within a couple of seconds like 5 seconds or so, I need constant stimulation to stay hard, can manage intercourse but it's difficult. Ejaculation used to hurt but no longer hurts but I no longer feel the magic orgasm feeling when I ejaculate it feels kind of muted
So in short yeah my erection does when I stand up and it is way harder to get an erection at all when standing
