Possibly new plaque forming

Hi all,

it's been a while I haven't posted as my peyronie's seemed to stabilize at 3 small plaques. One at the left side just below the head is small, around 5 mms and calcified, it was caused by the VED. The central one , the one that initiated the party, is less than 4 mms and has caused some minor loss of girth, also calcified.  The bottom left one is a tiny 3mm lump which I think is not calcified - also caused by silly VED usage. It is also the hardest to evaluate with an ultrasound as it is at the bottom of my penis and not reachable by the ultrasound apparatus.

Anyway, I had managed to keep my condition stable, and although not cured, started having sex and masturbated occasionally. Pentox has helped a lot. I have been taking it twice a day for a long time, almost 3 years now. I had recently started limiting down the Pentox dosage from two a day to one, and then one every other day or two days looking forward to quitting from it completely.

However, I had recently met this girl, took her home and had sex, once. I had some difficulty penetrating, as she was a bit dry, and at that single, fateful thrust >:( the base of my penis slightly bent and was injured, as I presume now. I must say I did not feel any discomfort at the time. As I was quite excited, probably by palpitations, the intercourse finished at that exact moment, so I guess there was no further damage. The funny thing is, I had no irritation or pain during the following days to a week. By the end of the week I masturbated once, and I felt no pain or discomfort whatsoever. But the next time I did, two days later, I felt some serious pain on the right side of my dick. I didn't pay too much attention and continued masturbating by not touching the painful part. Now a week later, I still experience some dull pain on the right side of my organ around the base, which I know is the initial phase after injury.

I have resumed taking Pentox twice as before, 2.5mg of Cialis before bedtime, and started taking vitamin E @400mg, one Curcumin tablet, one serapeptase tablet, Maca, Aloe Vera daily. I have also went back to taking a melatonin supplement which prolongs REM sleep, during which "therapeutic" erections occur. I have so far abstained from masturbating and if I by chance should get "lucky" I think I should turn my luck down :/ or establish no penetration, licking only rules :( . I also try to avoid sitting down for long periods of time as it increases inflammation and I try to be in the sun as it is said to raise my declining testosterone, which could be the culprit of all the aforementioned problems. I also try to exercise daily and keep blood flowing in the area by walking, doing leg exercises, etc. I can feel the pain receding when walking or doing any exercise that puts strain in balancing my pelvis.

How do you guys think I should carry on? Are there any exercises that you could propose to improve blood flow in the area? Or any ones that simply raise testosterone? I will be looking at diet changes to aid my goal. I have once again removed sugar and alcohol from the equation. How long would you think I should abstain from sex/masturbation during this phase? Would you think it could be reversed as it is acute? I should also note that having a good night's sleep is not always easy to achieve and I have to fight for that as well.

Any suggestions are welcome, except for VED and stretching. Thank you.

Low T is thought to contribute to peyronies.  Why not do T replacement therapy?

I would add body weight squats to your routine, kettle bells even better, great testosterone booster, knees permitting  :)
Whenever you find yourself on the side of the majority, it is time to pause and reflect.

Tell us about your silly VED usage to help us not do what you did.

Ι am thinking about it. I will just test for T, free T, Estradiol and SHBG and go for that if my levels are really low, otherwise I will just do it naturally, through sunlight exposure, weight lifting etc. However I don't know how much time I have, draining my penis today I felt some rigidity already.

Of course, the plaque below the penis head was caused after a VED session. While removing the elastic ring, by pulling from the left side and right, I lost grip of it from the left and it hit my penis below the head... That lead to a small dent below the head. I admit I was quite stressed and afraid of using the VED at the time, hence the silly injury.

The other VED injury before the current one happened while using it. I was sitting on a chair, I had the VED over my penis in full erection and I placed my free left hand with its full weight at the top of the VED causing enough pressure at the base of my penis to form a small plaque.
