Hi everyone I'm dan, I'm 15 and have Peyronies, it's around a 30 degree curve however my erection angle is 20/30 degrees parallel from my body and I have really stiff erections which makes things harder than it already is.
I haven't had any sexual contact because I'm embarrassed that I'll show myself up, like if I get a blow job will they have to stand or for sex can I enter from behind.
Because of my bend and election angle I don't know if I can push my penis down to allow it to enter, someone help and talk to me.

Dan, do you have a father?  YOu need to talk with him, or your mom, maybe a big brother or trusted uncle?    The reason I ask is because you may not have Peyronies, you may have a cogenital curve, or something else, or might be normal.  Don't be embarrassed to talk to them, this isn't your fault.  IF you feel that something is wrong, then have them take you to a urologist, maybe a pediatric one if you can find, but you could probably go to an adult one.  Take a picture with you to the doctor so he can see without inducing an erection.  You are too young to handle this on your own.  If medical decisions have to be made you need an adult to help you.  THis is the best I can offer you.  Good luck
55 - Onset May 2017.  38 degree bend up.  Failed Xiaflex treatment.  Still functional so I decided to stop treatments.  Only take 400mg Co-Q10 and occasionally use Restorex

Thanks for the reply buddy appreciate it! I have been o my doctor who suggested I may have "slightly Peyronie's disease" he just told me that my curve isn't too bad and doesn't need treatment, I do have plaque under the head which is causing the curve I think, it's just I want a straight penis to avoid embarrassment

Oh Boy

Hey I know this sounds bad but it's hard for me to believe you have Peyronie.

I know your urologist told you that you have it but he could be wrong. I suggest you get a second opinion from a Peyronies specialist. Peyronie is something hard to identify sometimes and a regular urologist would tell you that you have it just because your penis is bent.

Did you have this curve for as long as you can remember?
Or did it just develop?

Danjones111

Oh boy -
Thanks for the response man totally appreciate it!
I've had a curve for as long as I can remeber to be honest, it wasn't a specialist or a urologist that I visited it was just my local gp (doctor). Without my erection angle I don't think the curve would be too much of a problem, I just feel like the 2 things add up to be more of a problem.

Dan,
It is really common to have an erection angle of 30 to 60 degrees. Meaning your erection points upward at an angle away from your body. A 0 degree angle would be parallel to the floor when you are standing, and a 90 degree angle would be pointing straight up. And having a slight upward congenital curve is also very common. You haven't really described anything unusual so far.

Thanks for the reply! Basically my my erection angle is between my body and parallel, like this |/
But also has an upward curve, my erection gets really hard and I can't push it down very far which may effect sex I'm guessing?

Congenital curves can lead to Peyronie's if you aren't careful, in my opinion. There can also be a cross-over, where guys have a bit of both, since congenital curves can put strain on your penis. I also couldn't bend my penis down due to tight ligaments there, but over the last decade I have become much more able to. I think sex from behind + my natural curve did make my Peyronie's begin, even though I am genetically prone. Be careful and research these forums and the disease as much as you can. You will be able to have sex, almost no matter what, so don't worry.

Is your curve ligament based or actually a bend on the penis?

Oh Boy

Well, I can bet since you always remember having the curve that it's congenital.

Your erection angle is normal. Please do not try any of these 'exercises' in attempts to fix your curve. Especially jelping stay away from that. You'll just do more damage than anything.

I advise you to travel to see a reputable urologist to get a checked. Do not take diagnoses over the internet. Vist the list of peyronies specialist on this forum and pick the one closest to you. Do not be scared to travel a couple of hours to see one. They will check you properly and put your mind to rest.

The only way to correct a congenital curve is surgery. Please do not allow anyone to touch your penis if they are not reputable. Want to know if you are making a good decision? then just make a post here on the forum for advice on which doctor to operate on you. TO ME the best surgery is stage but under the right hands, nesbitt is very good. The decision of course to correct this curve is yours, especially if your curve is not serious.

At your age, I would avoid surgery for a couple more years as your penis still may be growing.

As far as sex then yea you should be able to have sex with a 30-degree bend. Heck, your bend may be less than 30 as I thought I had a 30-degree bend just to find out its a 20 degree bend. Youll be fine.

Thanks for the time!
My penis has plaque (at least I think) under the head which Is causing the upward curve, however I think I have tight ligaments as my erection angle is close to my body

Danjones111

Oh boy
Thanks for the message! I will definitely see a specialist, however I really don't want surgery, I've seen traction and things like that on internet will that help? And also with a 30 ish degree curve and my erection angle, do you think I can achieve a relatively straight penis?

Oh Boy

The only cure for a congenital curve is surgery.

Nothing else works. Traction will do nothing

Danjones111

Oh boy -
Are you sure it's congenital because there is a band of hard plaque under my head

Oh Boy

I am sure but I can not tell you that you have congenital curvature because I have never seen you nor am I a trained urologist that deals with these cases on a daily bases.

That's the reason why I tell you to see a urologist that specializes in Peyronies.

Also, you say you have a band of scar tissue under the head of the penis but your curvature is upwards. This band of scar tissue should pull your penis downwards in most cases. I say most cases because again Peyronies is a difficult thing an only a specialized urologist would help you properly.

But just by your age, I doubt you have it.

Danjones111

Oh boy -
The plaque is on the top of my penis but under my head if that helps?

LWillisjr

If the scarring is under the head, then only the tip of your penis would be bending. If you whole erection is curving smoothly, then it sounds more congenital.

It's kind of both, it does all run smooth curve, however, there is a slight part where you can notice the more curved part

Oh Boy

Okay, now that makes a little more sense.

But still, it could just be a congenital curve only a urologist can help you.
Just speak to a parent or guardian and tell them you are not comfortable with what your gp doctor told you and that you will like to see a specialist.

I could have sworn on my life that I had Peyronies because I had a small lump on my penis but it was scar tissue from an injury. This plaque may just be that.

My advice is this:
Don't think about it too much. Make an appointment as soon as you can and relax until then.

Danjones111

No problem thanks a lot from the help!
To wrap it up do you guys think that I can achieve a relatively straight penis?

Oh Boy

This post is keeping me going right now. Warning it has explicit pictures.

Guy went from an 80-degree curve to perfectly straight. You'll be fine

NeoV

Oh Boy,

Why do you think congenital curves cannot be treated with traction? That seems absurd to me, as traction has been shown to elongate the penis. If force is applied in one direction, the longer chamber of the penis will have more tension on it and elongate more. I know extreme cases are another story, but I can't see why traction couldn't be extremely helpful.

Danjones111

Oh boy / NeoV
Thanks for the help guys, neoV what's ur verdict on traction

LWillisjr

Danjones,
You don't have to be perfectly straight. Don't assume you need surgery. You are making assumptions from just a few posts here.

I hate to do this but introductory posts are limited to 10 posts. And this topic is going to shoot beyond that. So I am locking this topic but pleas feel free to post or ask questions in other appropriate areas of the forum.
