CoQ-10 is the way to go, I will increase my doses to 200-300 mg a day and will give feedback on it. The worst part is that it is so damn expensive.

I'm really happy for you man!

I have to disagree on caffeine, I think it's great for penile health! But each of us will have different experiences. Congrats on your progress dude!

Hontas

Thanks man, progress was only on my psychology though, not physically. But maybe this new supplement will stop the progression? I mean i have 0 pain now from very bad to 0 in only 2 days. Its probably the right choice of supplement for me. Also trying to get Potaba from abroad, will post my comments on that as well.

Great to hear you are doing better  :)
If avoiding caffeine consider propolis (bee) for its caffeic acid (CAPE) benefits are great in my opinion  :)

Pentox is shown to decrease the pain, so that may have played a roll as well.

Tssanchez i have used pentox for a year almost. It has only reduced pain by moderate amount and was bad for progression.

It's great you found a plan that's working for you, congrats!

How does it make sense that it would be good? (especially considering some people on this forum take like 5x recommended dose of pentox). Isn't most of all this "hit and miss"? What works for one doesn't work for another and too much of a good thing can definitely do more harm than good. I used to feel bad on caffeine as well, but in my case I think it's more because it makes me feel more stressed sometimes causing more tension in my whole body and therefore causing turtling. Only happens when I'm already stressed out though and already lack sleep.
Age: 25
Date of onset: 17
Symptoms: sharp pains, numbness, change in shape/size, hourglassing and discolaration from jelqing/VED usage as a teen. Diagnosed with a venous leak and possible scarring.
Treatments tried: cialis, pentox and VED didnt help

@popopo: it is well known that adenosine is pro-fibrotic. Both caffeine and pentoxifylline block the adenosine receptor. So it goes without saying that they must be exerting an anti-fibrotic action. If you beg to differ, you should back up your statements with some good arguments. Hence my question: how does it make sense that caffeine and pentoxifylline would be bad? Please answer that with some argumentation that is not random and pulled out of thin air...

caffeine is bad because i have higher than normal tension(borderline hypertension) at this age. Caffeine makes things much worse for me. And pentox seem to cause internal bleeding which is the primary source of my peyronies instead of injury. Also I might want to add that even though hard flaccid hasn't changed that much, CoQ-10 seems to have resolved pain %90 and my erections are stronger.

This is more reasonable. Yes, it's unfortunate but not everyone can use every treatment that is available, because of other conditions. For example, I have done a lot of research on TGF-beta1 inhibitors and found out that losartan would be beneficial. Unfortunately I have tinnitus and losartan is known to cause tinnitus. I tried it once and a single pill aggravated my tinnitus so much I had to give up.

Now, coming back to your issues, CoQ10 lowers blood pressure which should be good for you. I wonder: how did you get internal bleeding in your penis to start with? thank you!

When I have raging erections the blood pressure just becomes too much and i get a new scarring out of nowhere in a random place in my penis, trauma is not necessary for that to happen. It is most likely I am 29 years old and naturally have good erections but my tunica seems to not work at all. It just isn't flexible by %1. So when I have good erections and I see a blood clot on my penis afterwards, it causes a bend and scarring on that spot(sometimes only a small scar, sometimes a big bend). And this is the part where doctors just don't get or want to accept. They say that what i say here is not typical peyronies and it can't happen, yet this happens to me.
