Have you guys with implants and peyronies  lost length after surgery  if so how much ? tthanks in advance

It is often reported w implants, go w a well regarded high volume implant doc and chances of loss are greatly decreased.
PxD 2 yrs 9/16.  Failed all treatment. 9/11/18: excision, grafting & implant Dr Karpman MtnView Ca, AMS CX 18cm + 3-1cm RTEs.
Pump failed.  2/11/20 Dr Karpman installed Titan 22cm +1cm RTE.

It's all over, check FT for lots of data re implants.  Most common complaint is loss of length.  But again can be mitigated by surgeons who do it regularly.  For example, using longer rte's rather  than upsizing the implantbwill result in loss of length.  Need more sizes on hand to size precisely.

would love to go to Nashville . or new York  but don't know how to pull that off financially. there seems to be a few good ones here buti cant find any references , and I know its more complicated with peyronies
