Just a quick rundown of my story and planned treatment.

Had very very slight penis injury in around May of 2009, didn't even stop me at the time so I did not think too much of it. A few weeks later started having erection issues, and quite a lot of pain from intercourse. The improved in about a month, but then I noticed that m penis had changed shape.

I do not have a bend, more a long dent and a bump below it, on the top side of my penis. I can still function sexually but at greatly reduced capacity.

May 11, 2010,
So treatment wise this is what I am going to be using:

Orally

Low dose Naltrexone (ordered)
Pentox (ordered)
Vitamin E
Flax seed oil
Horny Goat weed
Calcium + vit d3 supplement

Device

Traction - 3 to 4 hours a day, at 1.5 pounds pressure to erect length
VED  - I will be following the 3 cylinder protocol, although may have to skip the first cylinder due to girth issues. (ordered yesterday)

I have taken measurements, thought about photos but the injuries do not show up all that much on them.

So around 1 year after the first injury, I can conservatively say I've got this thing beat. I have pretty good erections, and am successfully sexually active.

My penis no longer feels hard while flaccid, and the dents I have are very minor and no longer noticeable when erect. I've even measured a 5mm size increase in erect length.

Treatment updates:

Pentox = 3 daily
low dose naltrexone = 3.8mg per night
vitamin e = 3 x daily
arginine = 5g a day
magnesium oil applied daily

traction = at least 5 hours a day
ved = once daily for 15 minutes. I am using the single cylinder protocol despite having a 3 cylinder VED as it has worked better for me.

If not for this forum I'd still be having huge issues, so I feel obligated to post about what has worked for me, if only to say thanks.

The information here allowed me to put together what I think is a pretty comprehensive treatment plan, the only possible addition would be a pde5 inhibitor like Viagra.

My biggest piece of advice? Morning wood. If you are not getting nocturnal erections, you are not going to heal (in my humble opinion). I tweaked and changed things around in my treatment until I was getting consistent morning wood. The low dose naltrexone played a large part in this, but so did being more conservative with the pumping (you pump too hard it will hurt your morning wood, believe me).
This is an emotionally destructive condition, we all have it, let's be nice to each other.
