This is a long story so please bear with me. I am suffering everyday at such a young age I desperately need help and relief. After finding out about this forum, I believe this is the best place to report my experience.

Hey guys so I am about 17 years old (16 but turning 17 in a matter of days) and I believe I have had peyronies disease for about a whole 1 and half years now. I always noticed that I always had a significant bump/plaque on the right side of my shaft that caused my penis to kind of bend or curve a little to the left. This bump would be prominent when flaccid and become very noticeable when erect. I suspect this was a cause of constant over masturbation ever since I hit puberty. However, this took a worse turn when one day I was having an erection during sleep and turned around the bed with my stomach faced down on the bed and my penis while erect went face down on the mattress of course it bent to the left side on impact. This was immediately very painful and woke me up almost like having a calf cramp at night except for my penis and it was 4x more painful, I immediately loss erection at the moment. I didn't tell anyone the next day or anything since this was very embarrassing. I started experiencing constant pain in that area when urinating I would get these "cramp like" feelings in right side of my penis below the prominent plaque (it was not this plaque that was causing the pain but somewhere below, near the tunica albuginea). My urine flow would be completely messed up and it would be very difficult to control (I suspect that this was due to the plaque impacting the tube). There was also pain during erection in that area.

After doing research online, I started to find out about Peyronies disease and I eventually visited the doctor during the summer around 3-4 months after the night time injury. During the first visit the doctor dismissed that I had peyronies because of my young age and that statistically people who have this disease are around 40-60 years of age. The second time, the doctor asked for a picture of my erect penis which I did take but was a very bad picture. However the second time he suggested, after I told him about the story, that I may have fractured my tunica albuginea and needed an MRI for further investigation. I felt this was a bit extreme at that time to take an MRI for this situation and decided not to go ahead. I started taking Vitamin E 200IU and eventually 400IU a day after finding online that it could be possible that Vitamin E could reduce plaque formation. I noticed a decrease in erection size and blood flow, a bend in my erect penis (I never correctly measured my penis but I am sure that there was a reduction in size significantly and as a 15-16 year old this is very traumatic). The penis was often very cold when it was flaccid, something I never noticed before this is possibly due to very little blood flow as a result of the injury.

I became very depressed because of this and considered suicide at one point.

Eventually I met up with another urologist again who seemed to be more knowledgeable, this time he suggested that he will inject me with this medicine that would make my penis erect and see it himself and he also did an ultrasound. From the ultrasound, he couldn't really find any peyronies plaque (this was very strange since I had a very prominent lump that I am almost 99.99% sure is peyronies plaque since it also cause my penis to bend), again from the erection he said my erection was good and normal. I felt like he, again dismissed my thoughts on peyronies due to the fact that I was very young. The lump, he said was just a vein on my penis which is obviously isn't. At this point I basically lost hope in all urologists. There was no way for my penis to be "normal" (whether I wanted it to be or not) from all of the above descriptions. I had constant flaccid pain and erection pain, as well as a bend to the side I never noticed before (the second urologist suggested this was my "natural" bend), I had an experience of injury, urine flow is off, penis erection size has decreased, as well as having a very obvious lump on my penis. I started taking PABA and Acetyl L Carnitine 500 mg as suggested by some on this forum, and the pain was so bad I recently have been taking ibuprofen every day sometimes up to 3-4 pills a day for 2 months. Now I am taking Acetyl L Carnitine 2 x 500mg, Coq10 100 mg x 2, and Vitamin E 800 IU (2x 400 IU). I now started noticing a growing pain in the other side of the shaft of my penis and this morning I noticed a lump there which could be plaque.

Is it possible that I am starting to get another peryonies plaque? And what should I do about this? (forgot to mention I noticed hourglassing when semi erect or flaccid on my penis)

1. Does the lump move with your skin? Like is it in the skin tissue covering your tunica....  Or is the lump on the Tunica and your skin slides over it?

2. Is the curve new, or did you always have this curvature?

The lump does not move with my skin (I am uncircumcised so I do have extra skin) but when i move the skin, the big lump is still prevalent. I never had a bent/curve to the left before but do have a natural (I believe) curve upwards. I have a total of 3 different lumps now, two on the right shaft (the big one and one I believe developed from the injury) and new one on the left. All of which do not move with the skin. Could it be possible that I have multiple peyronies plaques? I don't know what is causing this but I can only remember one major injury that could be the cause, unless it may be that once I have peyronies I am more prone to develop more plaques.

'Lumps' can occur for different reasons. So don't just assume it is Peyronies. An exam by a competent urologist would be my recommendation.

If you are 17 you must be on your parents insurance?  have you talked to your parents about it?  I only ask because if you are experience real pain like you say you are you need to figure out what that is, because it isnt normal.  Maybe having an a parent (or adult) to support you you might get better answers from the medical community.  If your urologists is just dismissing you, find one that actually takes you seriously.  I like the guy I see in NYC, but he might want to have a urologist first suspect peyronies before he will take you.  If you think something is wrong listen to yourself and dont let yourself just be dismissed.
55 - Onset May 2017.  38 degree bend up.  Failed Xiaflex treatment.  Still functional so I decided to stop treatments.  Only take 400mg Co-Q10 and occasionally use Restorex

a) Betterbend has a good point -- talk to your parents.
b) Your approach to self-medication is highly risky. Example: If you are taking as much Ibuprofen as you say, you are at HIGH risk for kidney failure. If you think life is bad now, what til you add that on the pile of complaints. Stop self-medicating and get professional help with your parents' assistance and oversight.

It is better to swallow your pride and get the skunk on the table, than risk screwing your entire life up.

Your parents can always check in with us -- and we'll help them.

I'm done with these posts. I feel for you man. This stuff is depressing. I was 17 as well when this horror show started. Pray for a miracle, don't ever masturbate unless 100 percent erect, try pentox and cialis. I would advice against VED and traction personally because of bad experiences. Other than that I hope you'll stick it out until a cure. I'm 23 now and maybe when you turn 23 there IS a solution. For now I hope you'll fix it and if not I don't really know what to tell you cause I can't advice you on how to get your life back cause I never got mine back either.
Age: 25
Date of onset: 17
Symptoms: sharp pains, numbness, change in shape/size, hourglassing and discolaration from jelqing/VED usage as a teen. Diagnosed with a venous leak and possible scarring.
Treatments tried: cialis, pentox and VED didnt help

After the incident when you rolled over on your penis. Was it swelling or bruising the next day?
Penis injury in late 2017. A lump formed at injury site that caused no deformity, just pain and a palpable lump. Pain is improving through proper rest and use, diet, and mindfulness. I am always learning and looking to share things that have helped.
