I was injured (girl on top) leading to a bit of an indentation and curve of about 20 degrees. I had pain while flaccid until about a month ago, no pain while erect. No loss in length but my girth seems smaller.. i say seems because it seems that way to my eyes and photos, but i have been told it is not by ex GF (body dis-morphia and all is possible). Anyway, I have been fearful to start and vacuum device training because it was painful while flaccid for all this time, but now i would like to start. Is it too late? I have a script for pentox but have not taken it for more than a few days at a time, but would like to start soon with VED (I was told it is best to take when doing VED). I had some negative effects from the drug which is why i did not continue taking it past a few days. Traction is also something i am considering but i am hoping the VED might help a bit with the curve. Also i am finally doing manual stretching.
TL:DR 13 months post injury, finally without much pain, is it too late to start VED?
Thanks
(Edit I'm an idiot and hit 6 instead of 8. I'm 28.. lol)

I don't do much VED but from reading the forum thoroughly I can say confidently it is not too late, many people would suggest it is never to late for VED. Have at it, be careful, search out the instruction from veteran members that are provided on this site.

Be careful with manual stretching, many people injured themselves from jelqing (manual stretching) in the first place. 20 degrees curve and a little girth, I'd like to think is something you can take in stride. I bet if you really had at it with the VED and a penimaster pro for 3-6 months you could get to 10 or less degrees and might even see a little girth restored. At that point I hope you would be able to forget the word Peyronie's!

Have at it! Best of luck and please update the forum if you are able to reduce your curve and improve your girth, the success stories on this forum are lacking and you're going to be one....

Thank you for being reassuring. I am being careful with the manual stretching, and only do it while flaccid. While erect i only use a fleshlight or have sex (when I was with a girl). I also only do this after warming it up and it is loose, not hard flaccid. I forgot to mention that I've been using castor oil now as well, and apply a little bit every time i take a piss. I've only been doing all this for less than a week, so lets see where were at in a few months. I am little upset with myself for running in the cold here in Michigan, and the friction in my pants caused a bit of pain that lasted for a few days ( this happened 2 weeks ago ). Most interestingly the pain was not at the injury site, but rather on the opposite side. All better now and haven't noticed any difference in erection. Most definitively wont be doing that again, but i don't think it did any damage other than some chaffing (penis was not erect after all). I used to run in the cold all the time no problems and didn't think anything of it. Anyway I will keep people posted, and hope to post a success story in the coming months to year.

I have exactly the same symptoms like you.

I, however think, that we are heading down a dangerous path by being invested in it all the time and looking for all sorts of treatments. Because then unneccessary mental Problems can come up.
No woman cares if your girth is a bit different or you have a slight curve. It's all in our head.

My advice: If it really bothers you, Go to a Peyronies specialist and get a good diagnosis, so you can calm your psyche. Depending on what he says, you could start with VED therapy.
Abstain from masturbating too often, quit porn, lead a healthy life and use the ved carefully and conservatively. Then you will have a healthy strong penis and can Forget about it and go out and enjoy life.

Since your using the Fleshlight masturbation shouldn't be a problem and porn...unless your addicted and causing trauma to your penis should be just fine too.  We don't need to give up our sex life just because we have peyroines and erections help  with our recovery!

Thanks for the replies. A bit of a ramble here, but i am always wondering how afraid i should be to masturbate. One concern i always have around masturbation is frequency. It's been over a year now, and besides a bit of soreness afterwards i'm not sure it is causing an extra damage. I never do it more than once per day, and always at night so i can sleep and not walk around. Maybe it is causing extra damage, maybe it is not, but i am not sure and not sure how to tell. Is there a "right" way to do it without causing damage? I am not rough at all, very gentle and use plenty of lube so i think it's not doing much. I have used hand on occasion and it is definitely more sore than fleshlight, but sex also causes soreness. In the beginning i was SO careful with it all and almost never masturbated, but now i am trying to do it more since the flaccid pain has reduced quite a bit.

IMHO I think 3 times a week is a realistic protocol for masturbating, so that would be a day on day off  :)

I have had some improvement with Magnesium Chloride spray, you can get it as an oil or a gel and usually use it before sleep, it totally absorbs during sleep and seems to condition penis skin nicely.
If you are magnesium deficient the first few times usage causes 'stinging', that would indicate a deficiency of magnesium. Taking Mag Chloride internally is also cardioprotective.

I like fleshlight use, always with lubrication and always fully relaxed (deep breathing) and total privacy  :)

Maintaining a 80% erection as a minimum otherwise micro-trauma can build, and go totally unnoticed.
Whenever you find yourself on the side of the majority, it is time to pause and reflect.
