Hello and thank you for having this forum.Im 66, from Arkansas area and had prostate cancer 2 yrs ago. They cut prostate out along with nerve bundles and also had radiation with Lupron therapy that kills your hormones.I tried shots but they caused me to develop peronnies because the injections of bimex were great for erections but every shot went over the 4 hour time .This was about a year ago .I started having downward curvature ,so had a dopplar test done 6 months ago.The uro put me on verapamil cream, with pentoxiflline. No change at all so I started using extender and ved.I do the stretch test while on flaccid before the stretcher and lost an inch in length, but 3 months later or now ,I have gained a half an inch back from extender.I also have the bottle neck shape midway on penis.Im looking for a surgeon to do implant and also to cut the bottle neck plaque out.Im on medicare with back up insurance. The extender is working but very slow but the bottle neck is getting worse.I would like any input about this bottle neck problem.I am completely ed from the surgery. One good thing, they got the cancer.

Hi rogerdj, and greetings. I'm an Arkie, myself.

Would highly encourage you to visit another forum called FT. Their forum has an entire sub-forum dedicated to penile implants, and it's about the best such forum on the internet, with talk of doctors, procedures, etc. Our forum here occasionally addresses implants, but FT is much more in-depth on the subject - you'll find much more information there.

Otherwise, this is definitely the place for all your other Peyronie's-related questions. We're happy to help all we can.

So glad they got all your cancer!

Best,
Nemo
51 yrs. old, multiple auto-immune conditions. First episode of Peyronies Disease in 2002. Recurred a couple times since. Over the years I have tried Topical Verapamil, Iontophoresis, all the supps and Cialis + Pentoxifylline. Still functional, always worried.

rogerdj,

Two top surgeons in the US: Francois Eid and Andrew Kramer.

You need to go to the FT website and get involved in the implants forum there. That is the largest implant forum on the internet and all the info you need is there.
