Hi I've been reading on the forums a list of vitamins and supplements to take along with my Cialis. I have a few penis dents as well as hour glassing. Please let me know if I should add more to my list or delete some. Thanks

Ginger root - 550 mg 2x daily

Acetyl l-carnitine HCI 400 mg, Alpha lipoic Acid 200 mg - 4x daily

Garlic 1000mg - 1x daily

Ginko biloba 60mg - 2x daily

CoQ10 100mg - 1x daily

D3 5000IU - 1x daily

Codeman, all good, the alpha lipoic acid recycles available vitamin C and E,it is also able to trap circulating heavy metals and increase glucose uptake, so that is very good (I use it myself)  :)
ALA can stop the adhesion of macrophages to the artery wall and thus, theoretically and in proper doses, should be able to stop atherosclerosis.

Possibly add magnesium chloride, for amongst other things preventing type 2 diabetes, muscle relaxation, mild pain relief, sleep etc................
Whenever you find yourself on the side of the majority, it is time to pause and reflect.

I would add that taking D3 is important and should be supported with vitamin K2, A, Magnesium Chloride and chromium dinicocysteinate.

Crookedstick, agree, sorry Codeman I take my D3 in combination with K2, its in the same pill form I use.  :)
D3 along with K2 is supposed to remove calcium from soft tissues and put it were it belongs in bones.

What is your thinking on chromium dinicocysteinate?, this is something I hadn't previously considered, isn't chromium only required in 'tiny' amounts??, it seems to to assist diabetes :-\

Vitamin D is critical but is a Chromium antagonist, in other words supplementation with Vitamin D can deplete your Chromium stores and negatively affect blood sugar. Chromium dinicocysteinate has been shown to be the best form of Chromium from many studies and can reduce oxidative stress and vascular inflammation.
