Was not able to edit the above so had to make an additional post

I re-watched the video I posted above and Dr Joseph Kraft refers to P.D. as atherosclerosis of the penis.  We are familiar with atherosclerosis in respect to the heart / cardiovascular disease.  If the cause is due to hyperinsulinemia / diabetes than I would think prevention of P.D. and any sort of "reversal" of this condition once acquired would depend on a lifestyle change.  We do know there have been people (though not a lot) who have reversed their P.D. even after having it for years.  I would be curious to know if in addition to whatever therapy they used if there was also some kind of dietary/life style change.

The reason I say this is because let's take for example those who got the xiaflex injections: for some it ends up doing the trick and there is an improvement in their condition.  Considering the therapy helped, we can say it has proven to be an effective therapy.  Others end up taking multiple injections and nothing happens, stays the same or even gets worse.  Why?
