Hello Gentlemen!

I started experiencing pain around September-October last year, slowly increasing and eventually got so bad I sought out a general physician in november. He said he would refer me, and I finally saw a urologist a few weeks ago and he confirmed Peyronie's. He also said there have been "experiments with different treatments, amongst them Vit E, but nothing thats really proven to work. Just wait and see and if it gets so bad I can't F~@< we will do surgery".

Over this period of time, I have had an ever present pain during erections, although it is at quite a low lvl now. I have also lost 2 cm of erect length, 0.5 cm of girth and developed a moderate upward bend, approximately 30 degrees.

I want to do everything in my power to stop and reverse the progression of this BS and I am so glad this forum exists. For the past few months I actually believed the words of mr urologist and thought there wasn't much I could do. So thank you again.

I intend to start with the supps recommended here Peyronies Survival Guide - Information for New Members - Peyronies Society Forums

I also want to jump on the Pentox and Cialis train but how do I do that? I don't think Pentox exists in Sweden and Cialis is a prescription drug.

A bit skeptical towards the vacuum pumps but I will look into them aswell.

Try to find another Urologist, if possible. You need one who has more expertise in dealing with the disease and Andrology in general.

On the site you will find links to many papers written by the world's leading experts on the disease. Many of these advocate the use of Pentox in early stage Peyronies. And low dose Cialis similarly. Hopefully, assuming your Urologist is willing to pay attention, these will help you get the prescriptions you need.

I would certainly look at both VED and traction therapy to encourage healthy blood flow and to mitigate and further curvature.

Surgery is considered the last resort here, when all else has failed.

Seriously what is with these urologists. I had a bad experience when I visited one for the first time and it seems that they don't know much about Peyronies at all which is mind boggling since they are supposed to be the experts. As for a ved or traction device it is definitely something to consider. There's a lot of great information on this site regarding both followed by personal experience. Not those bs infomercials but people who have the same problem as you and I who have found success through these methods. I have started my 3 cyl ved treatment courtesy of old man and angus and there's been better blood flow to my penis lately. Surgery should always be the last resort especially since it's not a guaranteed fix. I have been applying heat using a rice sock, followed by using a sonicare toothbrush to try and vibrate the plaque for 10-15 mins before I send it in the ved. After my session I would then do body squats, followed by sit-ups trying to keep my arms behind my head best I can as well as mixing in kegel exercises and push ups. I then take a hot shower where I immediately apply castor oil after I dry myself off. There has been some improvement since I started two weeks ago which makes me hopeful of the possible improvements if I continue to do this every day. Tortoise and hare my friend. Let us turtle our way to the finish!

Back in medical school, I think we had 2 PowerPoint slides on Peyronies Disease. That was it.
Snake Diet + 5-day fasts + pentox + NeoV's stretching routine + Mito Red Light. Curvature 99% gone.

I also used Todd Capistrant's "Fascial Distortion Model" to help my curvature. Start slowly.

Thats an ambitious routine, how is it working for you? It sounds really good actually. Are you also on pentox and/or VED's?

CoQ10, maybe ALCAR, traction, and VED, are the natural ways to go. I wouldn't put too much faith into unproven methods like the toothbrush method or castor oil, but there is nothing wrong with it either. To the OP, your urologist knows nothing. I do recommend the drugs and supplements, and really urge you to consider the physical therapies.
