Am I doing it correctly?

I have just recently started using VED. I was doing traction but I got a bit injured at the base near my testicles, so I took a break. Things have changed at work and it will be difficult for me to restart traction. I have a Somma Correct three cylinder, which I started using a few days ago. I appreciate there are the protocols, but I just wanted to check I am using it correctly. My penis is 4-5 inches flaccid and 6 3/4 erect. To start, I pump the handle three times to create negative pressure. I then wait 10 seconds for my penis to fill with blood and extend (it usually extends around 1/8 inch). I then pump three times again and wait for my penis to fill with blood and extend. I repeat this until my penis gets to around 5 1/2 inches, then I hold for 5 seconds and press the button to release the pressure (maybe on the last pump I only pump the handle once). I take a few seconds break and repeat this process for around 15 minutes. Is this correct? I don't want to damage anything. I consider 5 1/2 inches to be around 20 to 30% of erection size.

I don't think you will make any damage to yourself if the level of pumping is not uncomfortable or painful
You may want to write a PM to Old Man also
