Any young man with a penile implant?

Im new in the forum im 23 yo, and i have a light peyronie and venous leak since when i was 17
I cant get an erection without stimulation and i only get it when i am about to cum. And i only can maintain an erection for 20 second in the best cases
Viagra and pills dont work well, they only give 5 or 10 seconds more
Injections 20 caverject doesnt work and i know  i m a young man injections could give me a worse peyronie and scars
So i think i will need an implant but i m not sure
Are there people here who have implants?
If there are i would thank they can tell me advice
