So here im for the fifth time and i want to reach out and get some advise . for me im not sure what my problem could be because i have not really had a reliable diagnosis or for say im not sure if i did. Anyways it has been a year since my penis has changed..since then the problem has only gotten worse and i will go ahead and explain my current symtoms.

-decrease in length about .6 of an inch
-decrease in girth about .4 of an inch.
-curve only visible when semi erect.
-left side is more effected than the right side
- hard flacid and loss of elacticty its as if my penis is spasmed and i cannot even strech it at all in any state as many call the flacid streched measurement .that is not possible.
-deflated glans.
- both CC have decreaased in size from top to  bottom and my penis also feels numb and non existant
-All of the symtoms of hard flacid(groin sensation in left and right groin and scrotum..no erections without stimuation...sensations down leg sometimes...pelvic floor spasms and alot of pelvic floor problems.
-i also got an mri and have bulging disks (L4,L5,S1)
-midshaft there are alot of changes kind of like waisting but again only can be seen when not fully erect.
-severe spasm after masturbation
-groin pain after masturbation.
-penis used to be thickest right under glans and now it is the thinnest there and its almost like after ejaculaion the left and right CC are hard but not always hard only after ejacultion and they shrink but the base stays full...its like halfway up my penis there is a block and the glans and under the glans dont inflate as much...but only in semi erection other wise no curve and no change...only thing i can see in fulll erection is the right CC is thinned out and strait when it used to be like a cobras back ..under the glans...

I know i have a pelvic floor dysfuntion and also other problems with cholesterol..fatuige..overweight...started smoking cigarettes becasuse of the stress...F~@<...and here is the conflicting information..

I went to doctor levine and 4 other urologists and all of them have said i do not have peyronies and they looked on a ultrasound and could not find any problems. Levine to me " peyronies can only been seen if it is bent when fully erect...which i dont know too muchn facts on..

Bulbocavernous and Isocavernous Muscles are weak and i only can get a good erection when edging...for the most part...in fact i had ed even before the peyronies but my penis was still in good shape..

months ago when i would eat watermellon or take anything to boost libido it made a difference and now it does not anymomre ...and when i take cialis which i rarely do i get pain in my left groin along with minor help in erection...my penis doesnt have any pains ONLY AFTER EJACULATION>.....

so here are some questions...can peyronies still be present in semi erect state and ZERO curve in erect state.////can nervee pain only be after ejaculaiton or when sitting to much in the day or is it always like that?....Can someone still have peyronies even if there was 3 ultrasounds done and nothing was found no scar tissure or anything...

i got this from overmasturbation...depression..and bneing overweigt and loss of hormone stability...no reall injury...just felt like somthing was pullled when i was masturbating.

im 24 years of age...poor health...smoker...but looking to change that...

any advise will be helpful i just know my problem is related to (pelvic floor and muscle weakness for half of it but)  i dont know how to confirm if it is peyronies or not becauase some symptoms are hard to explain otherwise..

thank you and god bless everyone who is fighting this condition...anything would help...thanks again.

Kobraclutch, you said months ago when i would eat watermellon it made a 'difference', have you tried L-Citrulline??

Remember, in your body the citrulline in watermelon is converted into L-arginine, which is a precursor to nitric oxide. Adequate nitric oxide is required to enable you blood vessels to stay relaxed and open for blood flow, which is one reason why it may help lower blood pressure.

I take L-Citrulline in powder form (cheaper) and it definitely helps downstairs (so to speak), give it a go, I take 3-9 grams throughout the day  :)
Whenever you find yourself on the side of the majority, it is time to pause and reflect.

I completely support Levine as he happens to be my doctor  :-)

But I know several have posted this symptom of showing symptoms when partially erect. When the Tunica is in great health and all of it expands at the same rate then this is considered normal. As your penis fills with blood and achieve an erection it becomes erect smoothly and uniformly.

When partially erect, and maybe part of your Tunica is not expanding at the same rate, then I could understand why you might see some curvature, indentation, etc. But then has you get fully erect it is still able to expand to a regular erection shape.

So the age old debate is whether this is an early sign of Peyronies or not. And there is no clear position on this.
