Three Cylinder Manual VEDs

Based on my reading here, I want a three-cylinder, manual VED. I do not have a prescription, which Augusta requires. What other devices meet my criteria, and where can I buy one (preferably with a warranty) without a prescription/ Thanks for any help you can provide.
