Though not actually marketed as a traction device, I found The Elator to be especially helpful in maintaining an erection and solving premature ejaculation (PE) during intercourse. My Peyronies is mild but this device has helped tremendously with my ED as well. Sometimes, I will lightly pump a vacuum device to assist in putting it on securely. Curiously, I did a search on this forum and was unable to see any prior reference to this device. It may just help some of you like it did me. And, no, I am not a paid spokesman. Just a very satisfied user who cannot use Cialis or Viagra due to severe side-effects.

I knew about it, but thought nobody liked it. What do you like most about it?

Hoerschel

It discreetly enables you to maintain a straight erection regardless. Also, the loop below the head reduces sensitivity to the point an E.D. sufferer can once again enjoy a prolonged session of lovemaking.

Straight but not hard? Aren't you afraid of cutting circulation? Do you take pills along with it? Give me more details please

How an external device on the penis can be discreet?
I would really like to understand!!!

By the way, I see on they website that you can get a free device.
The catch? You must register :( You must be a member 8) And a strongly believe the next stage will be to give them your credit card data!!!

To James 1947: You have misunderstood the web site. No free device. You get a free kit to help you measure correctly for the custom fabrication.
To pfract: The device is about as discreet as one could hope for. Watch the demo video and read the other testimonials. I have had no issues whatsoever with circulation problems. The loop does not cut off circulation unless you mis-measured and had it made too small. I've ordered two. The first one worked fine until my health suffered due to stress and low testosterone, at which point my member shrank and the loop began to slip. I called the company's customer service number--they actually put me through the company CEO!--who patiently walked me through the measuring process again and helped me determine the correct settings for a better fit. At the same time I undertook hormone replacement therapy (HRT) to boost my T levels up over 1,000. This has helped rigidity a great deal, but not always enough to ensure penetration. The device provides sufficient support to remove all doubt. No, I don't take pills for the reasons previously stated. Hope this helps.

If no free device, the website is misleading!!!
And I am asking again as you didn't answer my question:

James, 'discreet' clearly is in the eyes of the beholder. It's discreet to me, but obviously not to you. That's fine. I don't think the website is misleading. You do. We have a difference of perceptions that is irreconcilable.

Are you a troll that try to market this device on the forum?
Are you serious by saying that for you an external device stuck on the penis is discreet?
Even a condom is clearly visible and not discreet!!!
