Depressed

Good evening all,

I'm 29 and I suffer from venous leak. I would like to have a penile implant. Does anyone know Dr. Djinovic (from Sava Perovic foundation in Belgrade) and his skill as Surgeon?

Thanks for you help

Jimbruski

Depressed,

I don't know anything about Dr. Djinovic so I can't help you there!  However, I recently got my implant from Dr. Lue in San Francisco, USA.  If I can be of any help with the implant process itself please let me know.

One thing,  take your time,  make sure you have expired all of your other options before you decide on an implant.  Implants are great but they only last 15 yrs. max.  At your age you could be looking at several replacements during your lifetime.

Dr Kuehhas is practicing in Vienna and London, check it out, many posts on the forum.
You may want to checkout also the link bellow, they have a board dedicated to implants, thousands of posts

Age 71, Peyronies from Jan 2009 following penis fracture during sex. Severe ED.

Got amazing support on the forum

I will probably undergo a new plication surgery with Dr Djinovic, he is very skilled. My previous surgery with dr Kuehhas did not solve my curvature problem.
However there should be some other solutions for venous leakage before thinkg about an implant.
Check Dr Kuehhas' surgery for venous leakage.

There's a thread on FT about men who's had Dr Kuehhas surgery.
Not very good results from the men who's had Sclerotherapy surgery.

From my research there's no go to solution for venous leakage at the moment.
Unfortunately A implant is your answer, unless your happy using a penis ring and VED for sex.

There is Shock Wave Therapy but I'm sceptical if it works, I am interested if anybody has had good results from it.
But can't find any reports from men who had it done.

ligation surgery to close the veins only seems to work for a short time, from reading threads on FT.
(different than Sclerotherapy) But may work for a couple years so could be a good short term solution.

I take it you tried all the different PDE5 meds like Cialis and Viagra?

Also if you have a weight issue, you could loss the weight first to see if that helps.

I will say, if I had the money I would have tried Dr kuehhas surgery.
As when your desperate your try anything first.

Hi all,
Thanks for your support. Actually I'm really aware about dr. Herwig and venous sclerotherapy. Well this surgery is bullsh*t (sorry for the language). Sclerotherapy or other venous surgery have been abandoned by most of the doctors in this field, because they give no long-term results and even worsen the leak. Venous leak is a greater problem than just closing two or more leaking veins of the penis. I'm quite active on FT and I've written  a post about venous leak, if you want to read it, just go to FT in the young members section "Venous leak: some information". Nowadays there is no cure to it. Venous leak concerns also peyronies disese. I know implant is the last resort, but PDE5- pills are killing me (headache, muscular and eye pains, dyspepsia). I'm also tired of living my life alone because no girl is willing to accept this sh*t (nor would I!).

@yyy: i've tried to write you a private message but your box is full..

@redbullmaster: I was enthusiastic too about low voltage shock wave. The studies on diabetic rats were great. A man I talked with on an italian forum tried them and developed penis fibrosis. No way I'm gonna try shock wave :(

Depressed,

You can send a PM now if you want.

I didn't know sclerotherapy is such a useless surgery, actually it's advertised like a solution...

Depressed, I have heard about a new drug called Mirabegron that looks like to be effective for ED problems. It has been approved for the treatment of overactive bladder and it's now on study for ED as well. The interesting part is it supposed to be free of all the bad side effects that current drugs may cause. Check it out.
31 yrs old
Severe congenital curvature. 3 straightening surgeries
Big lump/stitch w/ left deviation after 2012 surgery
Severe ED after last one in 2014. Still crooked
Slightly improved w/ shockwave therapy
Looks like only one side of my penis works

From a few internet sources:
Mirabegron possible side effects:
Severe allergic reactions (rash; hives; itching; difficulty breathing; tightness in the chest; swelling of the mouth, face, lips, or tongue); bloody or cloudy urine; difficult or painful urination; fast or irregular heartbeat; inability to urinate; nausea or vomiting; severe back or side pain; severe or persistent headache or dizziness.
Was shown to increase basal heart rate, metabolic rate and blood pressure which are signs of cardiovascular stimulation.
Nausea, dizziness, fast heartbeat, or headache may occur.
This medication may raise your blood pressure.

Sounds not so relaxing to me

This what I read on article..by the way they look a way more acceptable than those ones from cialis. Moreover you may not respond the same way on different drugs so it worth a try..

NOT TRUE... there are a few who are going on 20 years and a few who are at 25 years.  Also, as time goes on, they will get better and better.  It has been said that once you get an implant you dick won't do anything on it's own ever again... Again, not true.  When I get arroused, I can feel my dick throbbing.... that's not the implant causing that.
