If you've read my other two(?) posts, I've went into detail about my case of peyronie's and how it has affected my penis. I had dents, a lump, and VERY painful erections. Gradually, the pain subsided and I got used to the dents. Sometime this year I decided I'd take a chance at trying to fix it, as I've went to two doctors and they both brushed it off as nothing. Now, throughout the three previous years, I experienced issues with hard flaccid, and pretty much an utter LACK of any type of morning wood, very few erections by my body's own volition if any at all. All had to be induced by masturbation.

Anyways, as the condition settled down from the acute phase, pain had went away, and the lump had somewhat disappeared into the tissue, though I could feel it from time to time. The dents remained, and I had accepted that they may be there forever. I was able to get erections and enjoy masturbation with relatively few qualms, save for maybe a week or so period every month or so where my erection quality would dip and masturbation would become more and more painful if I stuck with it longer than say 10 minutes.

But, sometime at the beginning of 2016 things began to turn. My condition was improving ever so slightly, but I still had the problems of the last paragraph. This is when I decided to see what I could do to fix it. I started reading about heat treatment, hot towels, etc. noting that hot showers always made my erections better. I tried the hot towel, and within a couple of minutes I began to feel the tissue open up with blood flow, felt great, felt like myself pre-peyronies. I continued to try the towel, but it had diminishing results thereafter.

What was I to do from there? I got onto these forums and started reading. Got the basics. Acetyl-L-Carnitine. COQ10. And L-Arginine. Now we're in business. Got these supplements and immediately started the recommended dosage after a day trial with the Acetyl-L-Carnitine.  I began taking my recommended doses every day for about two weeks, noticing significant improvements in the actual FEEL of the tissue, as well as the hard flaccid starting to disappear.

My erections began feeling better than before in some way, hard to put in words, it just felt like my body had better communication with my penis. The hard flaccid, and the sometimes painful erections started to wane, and it began to feel more and more like pre-peyronies me.

Now, this isn't to say there wasn't any bumps in the road. I would still go through those week or so phases of shoddy erection quality, I traded my erectile pain for a new flaccid pain, and when erections were painful, they were painful in a different way then before. I got off the coq10 after some experimenting with it just alone, noticing it was causing hard flaccid, sticking with ALC and L-Arginine. Eventually the ALC and L-Arginine were showing diminishing returns as well, and I was reaching a sort of halfway point in the treatment. My penis had changed, no doubt, but was it for the better?

I'd noticed new elasticity in the skin, and the erections had become much healthier feeling, but a dent in my lower right had become more pronounced, and hourglassing had returned with a vengeance, something I hadn't seen so frequently in awhile (it showed up every now and then, but not so extreme).

The dent had a mysterious fiber-like thing developing. Was my penis straightening? Or was it getting worse? This is when I stopped treating myself. I didn't want to make my penis WORSE. So I stopped. No more. I'm not going to push my luck here, and the healing the ALC seemed to have facilitated had largely stopped anyways. A plus side was I was getting morning wood again. The lump had come back from its hiding though. I was in an impasse.

The previous year, I had taken up smoking, and would do it on and off. Sometimes it seemed to have no effect, but once I went through a pack it seemed to have taken it's toll. No more of that. I said.

Then, I read about coffee and it's helpfulness. Might as well try, I thought.

I began drinking coffee frequently, maybe not every day, but 5 or so days out of the week. After the stagnation and stopping ALC back in September, I began this new routine around late October/November time, IIRC. Within a couple of weeks I was starting to see more gradual improvement. Morning Wood nearly EVERY day. My erection quality continued it's transformation, feeling softer, healthier, just overall better. Best part of all was it was getting BIGGER. Bigger than previous. I had noticed this slightly after taking my ALC, but it was really starting to show now. Thicker, but it also seemed slightly shorter. Now, this could be due to mismeasurement on my part. I clock somewhere between 7.5 - 8.25 bp (not trying to brag guys.) and I noticed to be leaning more towards the shorter side, but again, could be my wishful thinking when I was measuring before and "cheating" to get bigger measurements. I was DEFINITELY thicker, though, absolutely no doubt. Felt much thicker in my hand, and the toilet paper roll test was just clearly impossible at that point, when before I could jussssttt barely manage to slip it in.

I took a nice hot shower recently and I swear my penis was the biggest it's ever been in terms of thickness and likely length too. The best part is it felt HEALTHY, had that elasticity that pre peyronies erections had. Just very nice feeling.

Now, the dent on my left side seems to filling in quite a bit, and the slight curve on my right seems to be filling out. The lump remains, but it seems softer and softer lately. I had a couple of bad days towards the beginning of the month, and I'm beginning to think it's possibly related to hormones.

Lately things have been even better though. Flaccid is nice and floppy, soft, waking up with morning wood with a little bit less frequency but I mean the past two days I've woke up with hard ons so I can't complain. Huge for me, because morning wood was a thing of the past 2016 up til recent months. I'm still excited about that.

Erections look and feel great, pain is subsiding further. Thicker than ever. Another thing I'd like to add is I would sit naked in front of a window (two-tiered, shutters on bottom so no one could see  ;) ) and expose my penis to sunlight, as I read that exposing your penis to sunlight boosts testosterone and I still think this is somewhat hormone related.

overall, very happy with my results so far. Hopefully I'm not speaking too soon here!  :-X I think the acetyl-l-carnitine helped remind my body it needs to produce it more to help my penis heal, and it seems to be going well so far. Made a lot of progress this year, hope to see more in the next.

I'd like to add that I was praying to God a bit, not every day, but a decent amount of times, and along with my supplements and you fine folk, I owe thanks to him. I'm not trying to preach to you guys, but praying has absolutely helped me! Why not supplement your supplements, stretching, etc with some prayer! Can't hurt, right?   :D

Wish you guys luck on your journey. I know it gets frustrating and can be a bit of a rollercoaster, but don't be disheartened. Many times have I wanted to just give up, but I stayed focused on my goal, changed it up when I had to and made much progress.

Anyways, I apologize for the massive wall of text, I hope you take from it what I have (if you manage to read it all that is ;))

that's good news .After 13mts of first noticeing a pea like lump I have one small dent on right side with slight lean to that side when erect ,no pain,size stable ,erections are good now,night time and morning also   .I could still feel something slightly under skin but its not very hard,,,,my Uro Dr said I had a 1cm plaque but he said that it was too early to recommend anything medically to do and that it may "fix" itself in time.. .I also have been using hot shower water heat and message on it when taking a shower.....I take GNC mega mens health vit,krill oil,O3 fish oil,vit e,and was taking 2.5mg Cialis because I developed a mental ED when I saw the dent ,strange but it did happen because I was over thinking the issue....BTW... I think I got the Peyronies Disease from using a penis ring which may have  caused micro vein damage,,, Im hopeing it will heal with good blood supply and discontinued ring use..Happy New Year

   What is the current dosage are you taking of (ALC, COQ10, L-Arginine)  and when are you taking them ???  Seems to be working good for you so far , that is Awesome news.

I followed the survival guide/studies and did something like this
CO Q10 - 200 - 400 mg daily divided into 2 or 3 doses.
Acetyl L-Carnitine 1.5 - 3 grams per day divided into 2 or 3 dose
L-arginine 1.5 - 3 grams per day divided into 2 or 3 doses

I was taking two ALC 500 mg in the morning and two before bed (careful, as it has a tendency to keep me awake)

Coq10 I was taking one or two a day, depending on my feeling. I think I started out with two the went down to one, a couple hours after taking my ALC in the morning. Gradually cut it out all together though. It may work better for you then me.

L-Arginine I would take two 1000 mg pills whenever it felt right in the day, if I felt I needed a "boost" so to speak.
