Just diagnosed, have a light curve to the left (10-15 degrees) that hasn't gotten much worse or better in past 5-7 months.  No pain during masturbation, but I do have flaccid pain and aching from time to time. Would getting some blood flow down there and "carefully" musturbating help my condition at this point or hurt it?  Or should I stop masturbating?

There is no definitive answer to this question, unfortunately.

My belief is that natural tissue expansion (an erection) is good and necessary for penile health. I see no reason masturbation that doesn't bend or abuse the penis should be harmful in any way. You'll find those on the forum that will say stop all masturbation, but I just don't think there's any science to back that up. Unless you're dealing with a recent injury, in which case, yes, take a break and allow it to heal. But for general Peyronies Disease, I think you need those erections and getting a "release" is probably mentally and physically of some benefit.

My opinion only.

51 yrs. old, multiple auto-immune conditions. First episode of Peyronies Disease in 2002. Recurred a couple times since. Over the years I have tried Topical Verapamil, Iontophoresis, all the supps and Cialis + Pentoxifylline. Still functional, always worried.

I agree with Nemo, Go with what your body tells you. If it hurts.... stop if it feels good .... keep going. Your bringing blood to the area I feel thats a good thing. Isn't that the same thing as using a VED? results are similar no?

Take care

Masturbate when your body wants you to, not because you're bored or because you need a high from porn. I had to lessen it down to once a week in order to stop my inflammation, sometimes even more than a week helped. The worst thing you can do is wait a week and then BINGE masturbate, causing a lot of damage. Do not exceed one time in a day. Also, be careful not to clench your pelvic muscles. Allow your penis to be as hard as possible, and do not go crazy on a less than 100% erect penis. I think it is good for Peyronie's as long as it's done right and not too often. Take your time to let the tissue really expand and "remodel" the tissue.

This to can be difficult. I haven't been able to have a100% rock hard boner for a couple years. At least not without a cock ring which I know is contraindicated at this point. So jerking at 70% bone on is difficult to not cause bends and possible microfractures. A lot of lube helps make it easier but fearful. Any thoughts?

I have always been a fan of a fleshlight for masturbating as even with a less than 100% erection I consider it safer as your penis is encircled which evens out pressure, of course with plenty of lubrication. The end cap of the fleshlight can be tightened or loosened to give a vacuum pump effect.

It is difficult not to masturbate for more than a week as we all need a release :)
Whenever you find yourself on the side of the majority, it is time to pause and reflect.

Hi NeoV,

Why is this?

Thanks,

For the majority of my entire life I have relied on clenching in order to achieve orgasm. I believe this lead me to have Peyronie's, and least caused my pelvic floor issues. Now even the slightest stimulation causes my pelvic floor to get tense. It's very subtle and hard to notice, but a messed up pelvic floor is very common among us guys here with Peyronie's, for whatever reason.

I think I originally did it to make my penis harder, since I had ED from nervousness when I was younger. I would clench HARD to get an erection, and have to clench so hard just to orgasm. I really think I damaged something and now I'm still unlearning the damage I've caused. Be careful!
