Can VED cause a second plaque to appear ?

Hello all !

I am 40 and my Peyronies symptoms started around beginning of august, 3 months ago. The plaque is on the left handside just below the glans and the deviation is about 15° on the left.

I recently consulted an urologist (October 18th, so that's 3 weeks ago) and he gave me oral medicine (arginin and pentoxyfillin) and a VED treatment. The VED is this one : http://www.vacurect.com.

I started using it on Friday October 28th, but just two or three days later I noticed that there was a second plaque on the right handside of my penis, also starting just below the glans and continuing into it.

I read on this forum that using a VED device can sometimes worsen a condition, but is it possible that it is so bad it created a new plaque in just two or three days ?? Maybe I overpumped a little but not that much.

Should I stop the treatment altogether or just be careful ? Also, I noticed that the erection I get is not as "full" as the ones I get naturally (about 1 cm shorter). Is that normal ?

Many thanks in advance for your help. This really worries me  :-[

Most of the issues with VEDs are from over pumping (Too much too fast).

Follow the protocol and go slow. Consult member 'Old Man' for any questions.

You won't be able to pump to a full erection and should not attempt to. Eventually your penis may get used to the pump so that it can fill out to 100%, but expect not to. Pumping low is fine and probably the most effective, while it's certainly the safest.

VED can and will cause lymph or vascular tissue to become swollen, so you may be mistaking that for scarring. Of course there is a rare chance that VED could worsen the disease due to injury.

I wouldn't think the VED would cause scarring unless you really overdid it to the point of pain (which you would know), and beyond that I wouldn't think you'd notice that scar tissue this quickly. In all likelihood you're seeing natural progression of the Peyronies Disease, which you would have seen with or without the VED. I wouldn't let this scare you off the VED, but as said, take it slow, low and easy. And best of luck.

I don't mean to hijack this thread but whenever I use my Medical grade VED, as careful as I try to be I'm always in pain afterward.

Just today I tried to use it again after over 1.5 years without really using it.  Followed the 1 cylinder protocol stage 1.  My penis doesn't fill out much due to thickening of the corpus Cavernosum.  I cannot do anything past stage 1 of the single cylinder protocol because pumping any further hurts me.

I can do one pump, maybe one and a half pumps before I feel the pressure limit.

I was taking care, there were a few moments where I felt uncomfortable pressure...but keep in mind this is only after ONE or TWO pumps.  It's not like I am pumping to the point of full erection, not even close.  I couldn't anyway because the blood doesnt even fill into the penis properly when using the pump.  It's like the sticky tape around the balloon analogy but the only part of my penis without this "tape" is the very base of it...

So the base (1cm or so) will fill out, the rest of my penis has that tape-effect...This is why I can't even make it past two full pumps without noticeable pressure and potential pain.

Guess I'm just wondering if anyone has an insight into this.

Am I still incorrectly using the VED??  What am I supposed to do, every time I try to do some kind of physical therapy on my dick (other than manual light massage in the shower) I end up in pain!

I must have overpumped, but pumping any less than I was (remember I can only do 1 and a half pumps, maybe 2) feels insignificant.

I'm confused and in pain once more.

At November 25, 2014, that is two years ago you have stated:
QuoteNow taking:
•   Pentox - 3 doses daily
•   L-Arginine 3-5 grams daily
•   Acetyl L-Carnitine  – 3 grams daily
•   Ubiquinol/CoQ10 – 300mg daily
•   Cialis – 5mg daily
•   Curcumin capsuels – 1.5 grams daily
•   Garlic Capsules – 2 daily
•   Vitamin E 500IU capsules – 2 daily
•   Sustained Release Vitamin C tablets – 3-4grams daily
•   Maca – 2 capsules daily
•   Vitamin B6 tablet – 1 daily (200mg)
•   Quercetin/Rutin Capsule – 1 daily
•   Fish Oil Triple Stregth Capsules – 2 daily
•   Daily massage with Castor oil
•   Chewing on slices of ginger which is disgusting but I read ginger can help too.
The above treatment didn't helped nothing? If not, maybe you should think about surgery, implant etc'
Just my thought
