pelvic floor dysfunction and penile surgery
« on: November 03, 2016, 07:47:28 PM »

to those with pelvic floor issues

so its well known amongst PTs that pelvic floor dysfunction can mess with penile function (excessive contraction, asymmetrical tension etc etc) and there is some fair amount of discussion on this board

what do the surgeons think about this though? anyone have experience with this?

my thinking is that a good rehab or massage program before surgery would allow for a better outcome. allowing the the penis to be in its most relaxed state with maximum expansion especially with more complex tunica grafts.

or is it negligible the moment the muscle relaxing general anesthesia hits and your dick is infused with saline to the point of maximal engorgement?  ;D
