Hi to all,

I just want to talk about my current situation...cos I have no idea which way to choose...

Im 39, well I ve been diagnosed by eco doppler 3 plaques, and one of that about 15x7 mm (in left side), the other two smaller...what they think is the plaques are not calcified (I dunno is this word is correct). The onset was about 4 -5 months ago when I realized a left curvature and a bit upward curvature. For the time being I have not sense any difference of that curvature and it seems to be the same than before, no changes I mean in last months. I started to search help on september, and the first uro I visited just recomend me Shockwave with no test, with no eco-doppler, and I decided not to continue...and second uro I visited I have to say gave me lot of trust, recomend me to go for and specialist in penis eco doppler with the results I wrote. before.
So I was checking the eco-doppler results with my current uro in a sencond visit, and checking  many pictures I have taken of my penis. I have a 40 degrees left and 20 degrees upward curvature, no pain, no erection problems....so the point is whats going on? what to do?...my uro told me to do nothing If i dont really have serious problems to go for an intercourse, but at the same time I can go for a Xiaflex treatment to improve the curvature.
Wel, I have been Reading and studying a lot about peyronies, fórums, internet, trying to understand better the issue, and my things are available to do. Im taking E vitamin and Chloride magnessium, just to do anything, but I dont really know if I should take another thing additional. I ve heard about traction and termal therapy, maybe on my case could help...I dunno.
I will probabbly go to more uro to have more opinions about my case, but my feeling is no one can assure with kind of treatment is gonna the best...Im lucky cos I have no pain and no erection problems, Im positive, but I dont want to be waiting doing nothing....so I accept your advices and opinions about it in order to plan actions that can improve my situation, please.

Xiaflex seems to be the best non invasive treatment, Mediwound is still on development, traction and thermalTheraphy could help...

Thanks in advance, Pey.

It depends on your degree of curvature and current symptoms. Are they getting worse or staying the same. If intercourse is not a problem, then you may want to try a VED or traction as these are least invasive.
