Mg+ ions play a fundamental role in moderating calcium pathways in the body. The thinking behind taking a MgCl2 supplement is that, if you are Mg+deficient in your diet, then taking the supplement may slow or prevent calcification of the plaque. It won't stop plaques forming or remove them if that's what you mean

Ok...i got it. So its more about to prevent calcification...

Hi to all,

I started to take Chloride magnesium 35 days ago (300 - 400 mg daily), I only can say the thing doesnt get worse, and maybe the plaques are a bit soft than before. I would say is a bit soon to notice a real improvement on curvature. The point is that curvature is stable.

Im taking E vitamin, and thinking to  take pentox and try termal treatment.

I will keep you posted.
