Hi brothers.

I would like to start blog for find people to speak with about our problems here. Also, I believe blog could help with psychological problems, moving forward despite of all, following strict treatment plan.

I'm 26 years old, my story started with fimosis and BXO, when I was 17. I did circucimsion, and started to live normal sexual life. But at my 23 years old age, BXO spots appeared on my glans. And then nightmare started again. BXO/LS spots are incurable such as Peyronies disease and it affects sexual life a lot, making it impossible in most cases. I changed several doctors and tried a lot of ointments and medicine, but nothing helped me. Until me and my girlfriend left our lives and moved to Asia to tropical country near the sea. It was feeling that good climate and the sea could help. And it helped. The BXO/LS disappeared after living for a while and swimming in the sea daily + saunas and massages. It was like a miracle. It was second chance for us to live normal life.

After 1 year living there we had come back to our home, but my disease reappeared and was getting worse daily. 2 months I tried every medicine again and we had to move back to Asia. But this time the sea and climate didnt help. The disease progressed a lot and I still can not make remission. So I'm already 1 year without sex and half year with painful masturbation. My girlfriend is still with me and she supports me a lot.

4 month ago I noticed developing of slight curvature and swollen penis. I think It was due to BXO inflammation symptoms priapism symptoms, constipation. Every time after masturbating I had swollen penis.

2 month ago I accidentally injured my penis while masturbating. It had already been swollen before but after injury it was much worse. I noticed that my penis started to develop left curvature and become more hard.
1 month ago I did doppler ultrasound examination and it showed inflammation and some deformity. I will write results of doppler in English later. But it didnt show any plaques. Although  they didn't do doppler in perineum area because it's difficult to see something in that area.  I suspect I have plaques there because it's very hard. The diagnosis is penile induration. Doctor said that I have nothing that it is just some stuckiness in my penis. He prescribed me pentox 400mg 2/day and Vitamin E.

After 1 month It much worse. My perineum is very hard, like a rock. Does anyone have this symptom in this forum?

Now my symptoms are:

- LS/BXO spots on glans and  inflammation there.
- Swollen skin of penis.
- Numb, swollen penis after masturbating and even after morning erections.
- Pain.
- Some hardness in penis when it flaccid.
- All perineum area is hard like a rock. Started from base of penis ending anal area. It becomes more soft after defecate.
- Constipation which caused by hardness in perineum. I'm really afraid about that because it is not normal constipation. Stool can not go away well because of physical issue of hardness in perineum which blocks colon.
- Some dificultness and tension while pee.
- Left curvature when erection.
- Bumb/bulge in the place of injury.
- Insomnia.
- Psychological problems.


This is my ideal treatment plan. I have problems with it because I often don't do some things. I guess it happens because I don't see any improvements. But I will not give up.

Treatment plan


Already take/do

Medicine:

Pentox 400mg 2/day
Fluoxetine 10mg 2/day

Supplements:

Ginko Biloba
Vitamin E
L-Lysine
CoQ10
Enzymes: Bromelain, peptidases
Molybdenum

TCM Herbs mix: Nuan gan jian and other different chinese herbs.

Valeriana root for sleep

Practice:

Acupuncture (1-2 times per week, I did it with good results before)
Yoga (Daily. Started 1 week ago. Before sleep)
Meditation (After yoga, Before lunch, before sleep)
Visualisation of positive results (Every morning)
Infrared sauna 39-42 degree (Tried 2 times, not sure that is good in my state of disease, while have swellness and inflammation)
Hydrocolonotherapy (I have try it 1st time today)
Walking (Every day 1,5 hour minimum. Every time I go to some place I just try to not use transport)


Diet.
Today I start Paleo AIP  protocol. I followed paleo before, but with no big difference.
Paleo AIP is a diet for people with autoimmune disease. It exclude dairy,  processed foods, nightshades,  grains, beans and nuts. Include only veggies and meat, organ meant, and limited fruites. It is preferable to eat organic products with no pesticide for decrease level of toxins in our body. I will add to Paleo AIP plan some rice, lentils and tomatoes in limited quantity. The rule is to eat small size portions, chew well and slowly and food should be as liquid as possible.

Will add to treatment plan soon:

Multivitamins
Vitamin C

Coconut oil/Castor oil topicaly against infflamation.

Swimming in the sea.

I believe the sea helps me with skin BXO problem because it removes toxins from our body through the skin. I don't go to the sea already 1 month because the weather is not good, water is cold and I feel sick. Also I'm afraid that cold water could affect Peyronies. I will try it when weather will improve and I will feel better. I hope in 1-2 weeks I will try it. While I waiting I will try warm sit baths with epsom salts.

Epsom salt bathes.

Muay thai. For do more sport and be more confident.

Consultations with psychologist.

if its hardening in the perineum, maybe not do quick movements like with sports, maybe that can make it worse. just a though...

Its possible. I don't know if yoga is good. Let's see, I think yoga should help because it is all about stretching and increase bloodflow. Will do it carefully.

I did colon cleanse 2 times. It worked well. Very good light happy feelings. Clear mind and better sleep.
Acupuncture also helps little bit.
The most help is after sleep. I take melatonin pills 2 days now.
I stopped with pentox because it stimulates erections. After erections I feel pain and even more hardness.
The most help is from the sea. Yes. Sea and sleep are the best things for now.

This is my top for now
:
1) Sleep
2) Sun+Sea (Minimum 1 hour in the sea daily for stop relieve inflammation)
2) Running/Walking
3) Acupuncture
3) Colon Cleanse
4) Infra red sauna/light

I stopped with infra red sauna for now. I gonna order some infra red lamp. Still investigating what lamp I should order.

In general no big improvements. But I KNOW this is because of lack of sleep.
For example. My last 10 days:
1. 5 hours of sleep. 2. 3 hours 3. 6 hours 4. 5 hours 5. 8 hours 6. 5 hours 7. 5 hours 8. 6 hours 9. 8 hours 10. 6 hours.
Last 3 days there is improvement in sleep. I hope melatonin will do its work.
Im sure if I will sleep 30days in a row with 8 hours + I will see HUGE improvements.

I will try to sleep 8 hours+ 3 days in a row of start. And after I write here about my results.

p.s. Yoga doesnt help for now.
But this is because I over trained and no sleep. I will continue practice Yoga when I will improve my sleep.

Freeman, be careful melatonin is a stress hormone, overuse can cause headaches, nausea, next day grogginess, vivid dreams and nightmares. It can help if you have trouble actually getting to sleep, if however you awaken during sleep the following may be of more benefit;

5-HTP (Hydroxytryptophane) this helps with sleep and depression.

Magnesium calms nerves and muscles therefore  better sleep.

B vitamins helps produce tryptophan to assist with sleep.

Finally do you get enough daylight during the day?, sounds strange to ask but you may not be getting enough vitamin D.

I take vitamin D3 at 5000 IU

If you colon cleanse then the most important aspect to take into consideration is to replenish the healthy colonies of bacteria back into your gut with probiotics, your gut is the bodies second brain, personally I wouldn't do it  :)

Whenever you find yourself on the side of the majority, it is time to pause and reflect.

Guys! Need Help. It is second day that I don't have erection! I don't feel nothing. It NEVER ever happened in my life. In opposite I always had too good erections.

I feel that it could develop due to fibrosis in penis.. because I feel hardness now not only in perineum but even in penis. Its like some nerves doesn't work any more. I just feel nothing. I don't prepare for it.

Could melatonin cause it? I really overused it last days. But I guess major reason is inflammation and hardness... What should I do now??

Paolo, I will try 5-HTP + Vitamin B, I don't like melatonin. I sleep strange and don't feel good after sleep.

I don't take vitamin D, because I have too much sun here. But maybe its not enough because I try to stay at home when the weather is too sunny and hot. May be I should pass more time outside.

Yes I take probiotics after colon cleanse.

james1947, I have on-line distance work. Working 8-10 hours per day 7 days per week.
So all what I do is working and trying to treat myself.

What you have changed in the last week, two weeks regarding your diet, supplements, medications, sport?
Try to reset yourself to two weeks ago
By the way, I am proposing you to increase the Pentox to 3*400 mg and add low dose Cialis to Pentox, ones a day. Cut the 20 mg or 10 mg in 4 to reduce cost

I stopped eat meat due to colon cleanse.
I stopped to take Pentox because it caused painful erections.
I started to take melatonin, and I took it twice time more than in instruction.
I stressed a lot.

My penis now is like elastic.
