Hi everybody
My names aaron im 37.
I was diagnosed in dec last year after having a few weeks of the occasional painful nightime erections. I dont get any pain when having sex or with masturbation.  I have a few lumps but still no bend or indentations.  Is it possible that i wont get any deformities
Thanks

I suppose it is a question. If it is, the answer is NO for most cases.
You need to be diagnosed and start treatment as soon as you can, the sooner the better.

Indeed, the sooner the better. However, make sure you see a specialist and try to get a diagnosis with ultrasound.
When James says treatment, he means a range of things, drugs, supplements, physical therapies, and life style changes. Most of these things can be done from home, and a lot of us never really need the help of a urologist. Even so, a good diagnosis is always helpful, though the truth is that if you have ANY symptoms such as the ones you describe, you should be basically treating your penis as if you have the disease regardless of diagnosis.
