Hey guys,

I know this has been breached before but, I had an erection tonight that freaked me out. The waisting and hourglassing is getting scary. If it gets much worse, I'm worried I won't be able to have sex. I am 31 and single.  I am in the acute phase and it's scary to see the disease progressing before your eyes. You all know how that feels.

I am taking l-arganine, COq10, and Acetyl-L-carantine. I am waiting on a uro appointment which will hopefully provide access to Pentox.

Most important, I ordered a single cylinder VED (which the seller forgot to process so it has taken over 2 weeks for the 1-3 day order to arrive). I am going to take the risk of using this extremely carefully in the acute phase.

Does anyone have experience with this? Any encouragement or advice would be greatly, greatly appreciated.

Downward traction and VED should help with any hour glassing. At least for me where the curve is on the bottom side, downward traction works well.
I'm really sorry to hear about it worsening, I know how terrible it can feel, but as far as being with women, you certainly can learn to attract a wonderful woman with your personality and then sex will be no issue at all. Don't lose hope.

Thanks for that advice. Ok then I am going to get started on the 26-week single-cylinder protocol once it finally arrives.

I have a couple of follow ups on this:
1. It seems like heat therapy has worked for some guys in conjunction to this. Does anyone have more detail on how you employ this?

2. Do you guys think that VED therapy is ok on its own, even without Pentox, in the acute phase? I have health insurance but it's with Kaiser and I'm a little nervous about being put through the big system and not getting this drug - I could of course see a specialist outside of my network, but the wait times are brutal here in Colorado and I don't have a timeline for when I might see a Uro who will prescribe it.

Thanks

The question of Frank about PENTOX is also being on my mind for a while now. Is Pentox absolutely necessary part of the VED therapy?  i just dont know if i can find a ddoctorwho is willing to explore a non surgical treatment options for my case. I am a student and really cannot afford to see new doctors all the time. I visited the 2 most renowned docs here and spent almost 1k € for consultations and for a dopler ultrasound exam, whereas the price of a pentox is absolutely negligible in comparison. But i dont want to take it without receiving a recommendation for it from a specialist.

Yes. PENTOX is recommended if using VED to avoid further fibrosis. If you damage your penis and you are taking PENTOX, likely it will not form a new plaque. It is a way to help you avoid further trauma.
