I've just had implant surgery so I no longer have need for this.

2 unused protector caps
2 small sleeves
2 large sleeves
No medium sleeves as thrown away due to hygiene.
Plus some spares for the traction device.

Your see in the pics there's two front pieces for attaching to the head of your penis.
On one of them, I've cut out parts of the tube which make it easer to attach.
