So I have been dealing with this problem for about 20 months now.  I first injured myself about 20 months ago and that was a hard thing to recover from, numbness/pain/ED.  The strange thing is I never started to see real changes in my penis until about 7 months ago.  At that point I researched and found information about peyronie's.  Never heard if it before.  I started getting hourglass shape while penis was filling with blood, that was the first thing I noticed.  The. I slowly started to develope a dent on the right side of penis mid-shaft.  Went to a couple uros here, told me to take vit e and wait and see.  Then in April I went to Denver to a urologist and did an ultrasound and confirmed I had peyronies (mild they said). They told me to do some manual stretching and that's it.  I was at a 25 degree curve to the right so I didn't qualify for xiaflex.  Some the. I know it has progressed, dent is deeper, curve is more prominent.  Post ejaculation bending maybe 70 degrees, same with when I'm filling with blood.  Also, I have been having pain this whole time, pretty much in flaccid state.  This last week I took a turn for the worse and think I was injured again from a rough HJ.  Sad part about all of this is Ive never had a sexual relationship before and this was my first HJ I have ever had so it has made me extremely depressed this last week.  I should have known better that wasn't the best thing for my peyronie's.

Things I've been doing:
Vit E
Serrapeptase
CoQ10
Ginkgo b
Acetyl l-carintine
L-arginine

I started VED in April, applying DMSO.
Recently started applying heat with hand warmers.

I asked all 3 Uros for Pentox but they weren't having it. I just don't know what to do.  Order online?  Go to GP?  I think I'm doing everything I can.  It's just frustrating.

I entered the active phase five years ago, and it took a damn long time before post ejaculatory bending went away. I did a lot of manual stretching, every day even if for only a few minutes in the bathroom or shower. Other times I would do it for hours while watching movies.

The biggest thing that rid me of that however was abstinence, maybe a week or so of leaving it alone. While I had it, the VED was miraculous to me, just not worth the injury I had in my case.

Do you go on masurbation binges? How often do you abstain? When I started getting much better I was taking ALCAR, as you are, CoQ10, and citrulline, but your supplements look great. Now my diet covers mostly what I think I need. Yes you can get pentox from riverpharmacy.

It really sucks to have this without sexual experiences. I HIGHLY recommend learning how to attract women in a healthy way. There are plenty of resources, if you're willing to learn. Don't let Peyronie's stop you.

Thank you for the reply.  The one good thing I have going for me is I have an amazing fiancĂ© who knows about the condition and she is supportive.  We are waiting for marriage to have sex which I hope I can be healed more by then because we are going to want to be sexually active.  I'll continue what I'm doing for treatment, I just hope this pain will stop.  It's like a burning ache on the side of my dent.  I hope my treatment isn't making things worse.

I actually hardly ever masturbate, maybe once every 2 weeks.  I just have a low sex drive due to this condition.  I'm hoping that'll change.

Maybe I should check out the river pharmacy.  Thank you for the suggestion.

Have any of the Urologists that you have seen specialized in Peyronies or have they been regular urologists? I have sent you a PM with some links one is a list of Peyronies specialists, please have a look to see if there is one located near you.
