Strange things were going on so I started searching the web.  Finally came cross this forum, first one I have ever been a part of.  I was leaning toward trying 'Pivotal Health' solutions, etc.  But since reading here I will set up an appointment with a urologist next week.  My condition may be 3-4 months old.  An indentation in the side appeared. Not much pain during erection.  Definitely feel a need to be careful during sex.  I am 63 and in pretty good health.  Thanks already to all the messages out there that have been helpful.

Good to have you! Have plans to see a specialist? Consider VED therapy and traction, and supplements or drugs for penile health.
