Whoknows

Has anyone come across a diagnosis? I have been struggling with trying to figure out the problem for 5 months.  One night in February, I woke up in pain. Was misdiagnosed as UTI / prostatitis.  My symptoms are very limp flaccid penis, shaft narrow than the glans and narrows at base like a baseball bat.  Generally, the penis turtles meaning the shaft completely disappears only the glans is visible.  I can still have an erectionbut the turtling is extremely uncomfortable. Also, I can pretty much squish the shaft of my flaccid penis between my thumb and my index finger. I used to have good girth when flaccid before.  Also, penis hangs a little to the left, I don't think it's peyronie's because the problem is at the base but who knows. Question, does it sound like a torn suspenspory ligament?  If not, could it be a tear of areolar tissue on the penis, the buck's or Dartos Fascia? I have had an MRI and multiple ultrasounds but no diagnosis.

I too have deformity and a clear mri/ultrasound. May be there is something going on with your pelvic floor muscles. I am very frustrated as I have seen specialists and they can't help me as they do not have a clue what is going on. What is your age? Do you have any other heaLtd problems?

As with Dupuytren's, the fascia of the penis may be changing due to damage or genetic predisposition. Pelvic floor and prostate issues, even urethral issues, may contribute, but no study has been done to prove this. It seems very likely to me however.
