Hi to all, i'm back. It lasted about 5 years.

I haven't post any more because peyronie was just first of a long list of problems such as:
chron's disease
inflammatory bowel disease
etc

I tried everything meanwhile, peyronie stopped 2 years later. I don't know why, maybe i ve been a bit lucky im not sure.
That period i took first pentoxifiline (it ruins my stomach, im sure) and vitamin E plus various antioxidants.
At the same time i changed my food diet becoming vegetarian (now i'm on paleo or smthg similar).
So i cant know why my peyronie stopped (last ecd said plaque decrease about 50%, bend was always the same)

Actually im not doing nothing special about it (except diet), bend is probably stabilized.
My penis curves 30 degrees left due to peyronie, plus a bit down oriented but that was the natural condition.
This problem changed my approach to the other sex, keep erection became more difficult.
Not only, i lost power during ejaculation probably due to the curve (im not able to explain very well)

My question now is:
Considering my situation, could ved therapy be usefull to recover my bend? I repeat, it lasted 5 years.

Anonimo,

Anything is worth a try prior to going under the knife.  Talk to Old Man on the forum he is the VED expert and a very nice guy. I will be starting VED in the next day or two as my URO just gave me one.

I got a recommendation from a naturopathic doctor that puts out a line of supplements called Youngevity. I discussed them with my URO today and he thought it was a reasonable direction to take before progressing to Xiaflex.

The approach I will be taking is: 1 Healthy Bone and Joint Pack per 100 pounds of body weight, so at 175 lb, I will be taking 2 HBJP's per month, plus 10,000 mg or IU of Vitamin D3 per day. As part of the approach I will stay away from Dr. Wallach's 10 bad foods like the plague.

Since you have Chron's you have a very serious Gluten intolerance. I have non-Celiac gluten intolerance and avoiding gluten gets 4 of the 10 bad foods out of the way. Gluten is found in Barley, Wheat and Rye. Oats, even if they say gluten-free aren't. The protein in Oats is called gliadin which acts the same way in the body as gluten for those of us with gluten issues.

When discussing this approach with my doctor and mentioning Dr. Wallach suggesting that my degenerative disc disease from two herniated discs could be one of the reasons I got Peyronies, my URO said that it is very likely because I wouldn't have as strong a pelvic muscle, thereby causing a weaker erection and just a little tweak the wrong way and BAM Peyronies.

My URO gave me the VED and something called a Viberect along with Viagra which I am not crazy about. I may or may not take that. However, my URO said it is very important to get as much blood flow into the penis as possible in order to ensure you don't get ED.

Good Luck
