new to peyronirs & erectile dysfunction

I was wondering what exactly my Dr. should be telling me or treating me with?
he started me on a (compounding cream) ans aid only use a pea sized amount twice daily and thats it. Anyone with suggestions on what he should be trying and what I should be demanding?  

I have found it harder and harder to get and erection, and failed with my new girl friend. I don't know how much more of this can exist or she can expect.

My Dr. gave me Slidenifil 20 mg/l tablets with directions to take 1-5 prior to sexual activity... Still no luck.
Can it be a mind thing, that I'm afraid of failing again?

It's probably both and I don't blame you. Peyonies is a scary thing and if I where you I'd tell uour girlfriend about it to takw off the pressure and hopefully she understands (if you feel like shes wouldnt understand she's not the woman you want anyway)
