Congenital and Peyronie's?

I am new here. I've been severely anxious lately due to me possible having Peyronies Disease.  So I tried jelqing about a year and a half ago and I over did it.  I noticed an hourglass shape as my penis was filling with blood.  I went to a urologist 11 weeks after and he said that he didn't notice any scar tissue and said my penis naturally curves to the right.  Which is true.

Fast forward to now and I feel as if the curve is getting worse, it curves to the right, at mid shaft there is an indentation, I see it while flaccid too, penis sits the right in pants.  I can feel a very thin chord/string where the indentation is and it extends past the indentation.  Could this be part of my congenital condition?
I am not freaking out too much as I have always had a slight bend to the right but finding this string like thing where the indentation is located is making me nervous.  Is it possible that it could have taken 16 months for things to start getting worse if it is peyronie's?

Thank you for opinions.  I called Uro and told him what I'm experiencing and he said to just wait and see what happens.

Heatseaker101,

Thanks for posting your concerns.  Trust me, this is the place to get good answers to your anxious questions.

It certainly sounds as if you do have Peyronies.  Feeling the thin chord/string is one of the classic signs along with the increase in bending mid shaft.

Be sure to seek out a competent urologist that has some background in Peyronies Disease and will provide an ultrasound so that you will know for sure, and yes Peyronies can develop overnight or over a period of time.

To begin with review the boards on VED therapy, specifically those by the "Old Man".  He is the forum expert on VED therapy and will help guide you through proper VED usage.  He will also assist you in purchasing the best VED.  At the stage of your current condition VED therapy could be very beneficial.

Good luck reviewing the boards, keep us posted on your diagnosis and treatment and feel free to ask questions either on the boards or by PM.

Thank you for the response.  So I went to the Uro today(a different one) and by examining me he could feel scar tissue.  That wasn't what I wanted to hear but that's the way it is.  I did ask about an ultrasound and he said it wouldn't do much because he already feels that I have mild Peyronies.  The fact he said mild makes me feel a little better.  He basically told me to take vitamin E three times a day.  He said if I'm not better in 6 months we can try other things.  I'm also going to be taking some herbal stuff (I have been for the last 3 months).

This pain, which is a dull aching, is pretty annoying.  I'm not sure what to do about the pain.  I'll dig through the forums for oral/topical treatment.

I would suggest that you find another Urologist! This one clearly knows very little about Peyronies.

Wait and see is about the worst thing you can do. Although spontaneous resolution of this disease is possible, it is very rare. The odds are far greater that your condition will deteriorate whist your  Uro has you waiting and seeing! The time to fight back hard against this is now, not in 6 months!

Vit E won't harm you, but equally it is highly unlikely to resolve or halt the progress of your Peyronies.

Read the sections on oral treatment, especially those regarding Pentox and low dose Cialis.
