early signs / slow progression?

About a year ago I injured my penis jelqing (was possibly just a pelvic spasm originally) then reinjured it when getting a bad handjob where the girl tugged too hard when I was flaccid

I ended up going to a physiotherapist and eventually got to a point where I've made a pretty good recovery

however I still have some symptoms:
- flaccid penis / pelvic region can feel kind of sore / a little inflamed sometimes, especially around the base
- flaccid base tends to feel firm, flaccid penis often doesn't "hang" as much as it should
- I dont think I've lost erect size, but it does feel as if the erections are ever so slightly constrained / not as elastic as they once were
-A very, very small plaque in the middle of the top of the shaft, like a very tiny ridge. becomes more pronounced when erect. I think there's also a small ridge going around the middle-right
- A thin, hard cord going up from the upper left of the base and follows a similar trajectory to the dorsal vein

I probably still have some pelvic problems / tension, but the plaque has me very worried about peyronie's. I think I maybe first noticed the little notch about 2 months ago. As far as I can tell it hasn't gotten worse. I don't seem to have any curvature of the penis or hourglass deformities. Well, I'm not 100% sure about that. Maybe I just never noticed this before, but my base is a little narrower than the midshaft.

Is it possible that I just have a little scar tissue from my original injury?

Could this cord merely be the result of a tense muscle?

Is the cord structure possibly normal (that is to say, flaccid penises aren't 100% soft all the way through and I'm just overanalyzing)?

In terms of functionality, I've been on a steady upward trajectory and am now satisifed with my sex life. It's not perfect. I sometimes lose erection or can't get 100% hard but I think that's fairly normal since it usually happens in the later sessions after I'm already somewhat exhausted.

I'm worried because I've read on here about some slow progressions that turned out to be nightmares.

What you describe doesn't ring of the more common symptoms of Peyronies. However, it's sounds as if you have an injury to your penis of some sort. See a competent urologist asap.

Thanks for your concern.

I shyed away from seeing a doctor up to this point because the physiotherapist seemed confidnet that my issues were muscular in nature

It makes enough sense that my base would be a little firm / sore sometimes if there is tension in the pelvic floor

But since I discovered this small plaque/ridge and cord Im worried all over again...

Im scared the doctor will essentially give me a stupid look when he sees how normal my penis is...

Hey guys I am
back. Seems my penis has slowly become a little more "fibrotic" overall and there is a pretty hard cord going 2" up the middle-left of the base. Numbness has advanced and I feel generally at 50% sensation. If my pelvic floor is very relaxed it can be better. Feels like it's being constricted at the base. Cialis is less effective than it used to be.

Not sure what I could have done differently since functionally I was in a decent place. Now the Erectile Dysfunction is getting a little worse, I've lost more girth and been experiencing more flaccid pains / sensations lately.

When I made the original post I could get full erections and even overstuff them by holding a reverse kegel. Now I have some clear indentations and the penis just feels less inflatable.

I think I may have maintained for a while by warming up before masturbation and doing light jelqing / stretching as foreplay, but I stopped a year ago when I moved apartments

Regular cardio also helped, I think...

Hope I have the willpower to try keto too

Seems like it's time for pentox, heat therapy and traction...
