I've noticed recently as a few of my plaques have stabilized I've experienced some pretty severe numbness. I believe this has lead to trouble reaching orgasm as well as less pleasurable orgasms (since I can't feel much of anything). The weird thing about this is that I can get a fairly solid medium erection but I'm guessing the problem is that I have little to know ability to feel any sensation. Is this par for the course and what if anything can be done to treat it?

Jimbruski

Dared,

I've got the same issue going on.  Mine started before the Peyronies showed up so I'm not sure what the trouble is.

Are you taking any prescription medication that may interfer with your sex life, (I.e.: anti-depressants, anti-anxiety)?

Even 25 mg Viagra increasing significantly the sensitivity for me.
You may want to try it out.

Personally I have lack of sensation too making intercourss hard to enjoy. For me its seems to be the problem that the plaques are near the glans making my penis feel very weird/twisted while penetrating so Igo flaccid again. I think it's also the mental feeling of having a differemt penis than you're used to, but in my opinion peyronies can cause numbness probably due to nerve damage caused by inaufficient blood flow. I guess oral treatments lke pentox and cialis could help.

Jimbruski, no medications except pentox. Popopo, I really hope it's not nerve damage. there's no coming back from that...

This lack of sensation is not an uncommon feature of Peyronies. Many times one or more plaques can be affecting the neuro-vascular bundle. This will effect sensation and possibly blood supply.
