I am 35 years old now. I recall seeing hour glass flaccid effects in my penis as early as my mid- teen years. I developed prostatis and pelvic pain initially at age 16 but learned to deal with it and live a decent sex life and was prescribed viagra for the associated ED. At age 31, after a few rigorous sex and masturbation sessions in closes succession, I developed a case of sclerosing lymphangitis. The lymph channel that runs up the shaft on the dorsal side is the most painful but many other lymph channels are still affected. I initially did a "hands off" policy for a few months, but then over the last couple years resumed sex activities but did so in a different way. My loving partner would stay from painful spots and intercourse was much more gentle. Then about 6 months ago I started having painful erections. There were a couple time during intercourse just prior to this that I skipped out and jabbed into my girlfriends Perinium area. My penis began to bend left and as I write this I am having a terrible dull ache pain all along the left side of my penis. 1 month ago I started pentox, cialis, and ubiqinol so I feel like I am doing everything I can do. I have refrained from sexual activity for two weeks as of now.

My most recent flare up over the last couple of days followed a change in how I situate my penis in my underwear. For the last two years I have had my penis adjusted to my left side in the tight boxer briefs that I began wearing when the sclerosing lymph issue started. My theory is that the fibrosis started on that side because it is more contracted since it is lays toward my body all day. I noticed several months ago that whenever I would try to situate my penis to the other side I would experience an increase in discomfort. I feel that this was kind of stretching the scarring/plaque that had formed on the left side of my shaft. I am torn with what do. I feel staying to the left in my underwear is allowing fibrosis to continue since it is never being stretched but then the other way and it increases pain. Is this good pain almost like DIY traction in my underwear though ??

First, I would like to say that you are doing everything you can for this stage
Quotepentox, cialis, and ubiqinol
One months is very short time to expect some results, those treatments are a marathon, not sprint.
Except that I was adding VED to the treatment, carefully with VED like always should be.
Regarding under-wares, I will always prefer the lose ones, not to make any pressure on my penis.

I don't think so. Cant compare it to traction in my opinion
