Hallo to everyone,

This is my confession and a call for help/opinions.

During my very first masturbation , when I was 13 or something. I got something messed up.I was doing it on the bed, pushing my penis towards the bed.....I immediately felt it, my state of mind changed since that, my urination changed, my penis bent, different types of pain came along and a long list of other unpleasant conditions, which many of you already know.

Description of my complaints

#my penis is not bent like this ''C''. It is straight but facing my upper body. The angle us bigger than the one on this sign ''\''
#when erected it hurts also, probably because of the strange angle. After erection, especially after a prolonged one, i have pain in a certain spotjust below the testicles . I think thats the perineum region. I have this pain everytime after erection/ejaculation(and not only then) , with varying degree)
#after ejaculation i have headache. Which lasts normally for 1-2 day afterwards
#after ejaculation, urination is painful (the degree varies, but i feel it strange every time)
#urination is actually in general not comfortable

COnsultation
I finally visited a proper doctor, an andrologist, who is treating people who have bending.  He mentioned a surgical treatment already during the 1st (and only) consult with him. He said that this would be a small surgery and would free up one of the bigger veins, which he things is abnormally big. I discharged on the spot any surgical options for now. According to him it is easily treated, but me knowing how I feel after this incident 12 years ago, I am not so sure about that.

''My Question towards the forum''
At this stage I dont know if my condition could be defined as a peyronie.I am about to discuss this with him. However; i want to receive a detailed medical examination :
I have read that : Ultrasound or ''Color Dopller Ultrasound'' is the best diagnosis tool. Should I insist on receiving this any other SPECIFIC examination ????

Please give me some recommendations for the next time, when i go to him, which will be in a week or so. He prescribed me two type of pills for now :
---Neurobion (which i think is mainly Vitamin B)
---and some herbal tablets (with Tribulus Terestris, Ecklonia , L arginin and some other stuff)
The tablets are called after his name, he told me go to this specific Pharmacy, because I can buy them only there....
U are already understanding probably why I need advice from you. The Neurobion costs 4 euros, the other ones 80 euros... This is already a sign that I have to be careful with this guy.

For me personally the thing that I need the most before anything is a concrete,precise, quantitative diagnosis (not just through looking it)

Looking forward to hearing your comments !
Wishing a quick recovery to all !!!

You're story is very interesting to me. I also have always had a very upward angled erection, since sleeping on my stomach as a kid for many years. It was very hard to angle my penis downward and I also have enlarged veins down there and pain after ejaculation. I suspect I have some thrombosis of some kind and perhaps vascular surgery would help it, I just don't know.

I also feel like his quick jump to surgery seems a bit unwarranted. As for bending, my penis has improved (as in lowered the angle) after years of stretching it downward gently. For some reason this has helped me get rid of my Peyronie's bend as well for the most part.

You should probably see a Peyronie's specialist, get an ultrasound and see if you have scarring, and see what they think. In the end, your current doc may be on to something, but let's check out what exactly that surgery is and it's prognosis first. What is the surgery called exactly? Vascular remodeling?

I took the advice from james1947 and immediately booked an appointment for Dr Kuehhas. At this point my first objective is to receive a diagnosis which is based on tests. The color Doppler Ultrasonography isl,as i people say, invaluable clinical tool. In the confirmation email i got from the his secretary it states that during the appointment, when neccessary he will perform Doppler Sonography. I do prefer the receive the color one, though ...

In case you have any helpful piece of advice, that i could use for the consultation with the Dr., let me know.

Pullmann;

Franklin Kuehhas did my surgery. I had an almost 90 degree  curve,I am now straight again. He's a great surgeon.

Surgery may not be necessary in your case, Franklin will inform you of the prognosis.

As James has said, you are in very good hands.

Hi Jonbinspain

I am happy for your good outcome. I am looking forward to meeting him and getting a resolution to this problem. What kind of tests did the Dr do on you ? and how long did he need to give u a concrete diagnosis?

Jonbinspain

Pullmann;

I had already been diagnosed with Peyronies here in Spain. When I saw Dr Kuehhas in London, he asked me a lot of questions, then an injection to induce an erection. This was followed by an ultrasound to determine how bad the plaque was, etc.

Surgery was indicated in my case as I had a severe curvature and my plaque was calcified. Although I am not fully recovered, the surgery was successful and my penis is straight again!

Did the doctor offer any other treatment plan before he suggested surgery ? I mean both your doctor in Spain and in AUstria? I just read the survival guide in this section, where it states that the doctors which are on the list in this forum (which dr Kuehhas is) ''They would consider surgery a last resort after a year or more of other treatments failed, and mutually satisfying intercourse was difficult.'' . Did they do this ?

Jonbinspain

Pullmann;

Franklin Kuehhas is a Urologist and Andrologist, not just a surgeon. The choice of treatment is always yours.

In my experience, he will recommend what he thinks is the best treatment for your case. All these things are for the individual to make a decision about. It's for the Doctor to diagnose exactly what your problem is and to recommend the best treatment. Whether you decide to follow that recommendation is up to you.

Firther information on my case

Exams
#A couple of years ago i checked several times my urinary track and semen for bacteria. All came clean.(perhaps I should do I regular check up now again)
#Urethra was also checked endoscopically, and it was all normal. The doctor that prescribed me the urethra check, then sent me to a doctor to see my pelvic floor. They checked my contractions and ability to relax the pelvic and did not find anything out of the ordinary. However, I do believe it was a very basic test, and not at all directed towards my complaints.  They wanted to find the reason for my pain and inability to finish the job when peeing. I was 22-23 y old at that time...

So as you can see , as many many other ppl, we observe/experience & report problems, and after multiple tests, reason for the complaints remain largely undiscovered.

Observations
#I do feel also that pelvic floor is not funtioning perfectly. And besides there is noticable red line that is going straight through the middle of the pelvic, then almost my entire testicle skin is straingly red with iritated arteries and this line goes up under my penis. The patch under the penis has a strange shape again with obviosly diferently looking skin. When my penis is erect this area on the shaft is having a strange shape and evetually starts hurting.
Pelvic floor is definitely something that I want to investigate thouroughly, either with exams, or by trying out healing methods and observing or by both
# I did notice that when I breathe deeply, I do stretch the pelvic region and this gives me pain....
#When i get very eroused , it gets rock rock hard and then the shaft starts hurting even more. My penis is rock hard with NO FLEXIBILITY when erect.

#When its flacid, it is hanging straight down( opposite in comparison with the erect condition) !!!!

#Pelvic floor hurts sometimes when i go to take a dump. I do suspect for myself that there is scar tissue on the pelvic floor, which causes my upward angle. Important observation was my consultation with the Doctor. During the injection induced erection, i got rock hard and started feeling pain in the region under my testices( which corect me if I am wrong is the pelvic floor) . When I say pain , i mean colosal unbearable pain ,like never before... which the doctor ignored ,eventhough for 10-15 mins i couldnt talk or move cuz of the intensity of this thing.

Approach ?
Do you think that I have probably calcification (since this conditon is for more that 12 years now)???? What do you suggest that I use together with the VED and the "hot hands product, as I am so so far away already from the onset of the injury ?? I do feel like this is absolutely not enough

NeoV

Could it be some kind of vascular damage? A lot of us have that pain in the perineal area. Personally I think mine is a kid of vascular issue which may involve scar tissue and Peyronie's as well. I wish I had an answer, but I would keep talking to different urologists until you see the best.
