So sorry everyone: I have viewed all the Treatments but as I know now, there 's no way to do with our shame peyrony. I wactched many Doctor TV show, or news about transsexual by operation from girl to guy or some other operation to help peopel with small penis or half left from accident to become a normal penis. My question is now it's 2016, we have pretty good technology so why NONE of URO doctor can not find the way out to treat us or get us back to normal life as ever. I knew it rally pain inside of our heart while we think back when our penis is normal, or when watching porno movie and we really like to be the guy in that scence. so please keep this topic an ask some of ur URO doctor or URO doctor who reading this. Regards. ps. I sick and tired of all the review of using other alternative way like cream, extender, vitamin, hearb, what I need is how with the real fact.

As Jonbinspain mentioned on the other topic you have, the doctors were much more minded if they had this disease themselves.
The other point is that they don't see big money like in the Ebola case!!!
Third, it will not make them famous!!!
Anyway, have a few good urologists in Krungtheep I suppose, have a huge sex reassignment business in Thailand. Make a google search and see if have someone that it is also Peyronies specialist.
Regarding VED, I agree that is not comfortable, but helped many including myself.
The narrowing in the middle and shortening is indeed sign of Peyronies, but you should be diagnosed to know where you are.
Just don't give up :)

Glade to know u can speak Thai, those reason u said about URO Doc is the real happen here, but shouldn't happen with some other Doctor outside BKK. in BKK i can accepted those reason but should we have hope somewhere else in this world. As u mention about VED, I have one already but it might not work well in my case. coz actually my penis not bend at all, my case is the scar hold the tissue not to get big while blood coming. it's look like sand watch, narrow in the middle cannot go longer. erection is ok but not make my penis long enough to do intercourse. Anyway, here is like a society of people who have the same problem and hopeless, finding the way of ourself to feel abit happy but not enough power to do more like start to make a deal with some URO doc to do special project just for this sick case or make world aware of this f_cking peyronie disease can create such a bad life. it can happen to anyone, they should realize it. Am just 46 years old, I have it for at least 5 years, I think its about time to do something in this community to let the world know and find the way out.

The way to have our life back is in Atala's hands and probably just in his hands. Hopefully in a couple of years will have tissue replacements compatible and feasible to our organism. I think this the field of science from which it will arrive the cure. This more than stem cells or injections of something else (gene therapies or something like that).

As far as I know they supposed to start tissue replacements this year, let's hope to have some great news soon.
31 yrs old
Severe congenital curvature. 3 straightening surgeries
Big lump/stitch w/ left deviation after 2012 surgery
Severe ED after last one in 2014. Still crooked
Slightly improved w/ shockwave therapy
Looks like only one side of my penis works

In my opinion, VED, Pentox and low dose Cialis may soften the plaques and may reduce the narrowing.
I have such a narrowing close to the base that makes me a left bend, not full ring, but almost full.
The above treatment helped me to soften my plaques, even they were calcified.
It is just long time to see results, so somehow depressing.
Be careful with VED, pump until you feel comfortable and no any pain.
In addition, you have the surgery option. I was in touch with a few hospitals in Thailand, but the prices were very high.
Regarding my Thai, right now very poor as I don't speed the language for 10+ years. :)
I am sure that two weeks back in Patheet Thai, I can speak again my Thai mix Lao ;D

Jack1909 ,thanks for a kind of good news, i will wait till then ,hopefully i'm not old enough tooo fck or get ed be4 :-\.
Jame, I love the way u did to fight with that sickness. Many Doctor here in BKK normally love to be dermatologist coz they can be rich faster than brain doctor, shame. So do we still have hope be4 die?

I hate this disease and I'm beginning to hate myself and that's not good. I used to look forward to talking to women and possibly dating.  It woild be one thing if I hadn't been with many women in my days but I used to have sex..a lot. Then married now divorced...it's been 2 years and it's getting harder and harder to look forward to much.

Dros

I agree with Freemason. I think it is only now that I realize how crappy  this whole thing is. Treatment so far has been unsuccessful and while I try to continue to date, it is really hard. I met a really nice girl, but I'm not sure that I'm ready to open up to her. With a curvature of 60-65 degrees, I'm pretty sure that sex would be difficult, if not impossible. However, we need to stay optimistic. In Many ways I'm not that bad off. I'm otherwise healthy, have no pain (just the curvature) and I would probably be a good candidate for surgery, if everything else fails... The only issue is that I'm pretty broke, haha... :-/

Freemason

I hear ya Dros..I'm kinda similar in that my only issue basically is a 50 degree curve up..but I've lost 1.5 inches when erect too. Was around 6 inches erect before Peyronies Disease..now im 5 inches with curve and 4.5 straight on! Unacceptable!  If I could just improve by 35-50% I'd be fine probably. Still some curve but not bad. I'm otherwise healthy and 45. Ive got women asking me out on Match but I'm scared to death. With this disease $$ doesn't really matter bro. I make plenty and would give $50k right now to fix this crap.

Yes thanya, must to have hope :)
This is what is keeping me alive, the hope that one day I will make an implant and than I will be areal man again ;D
I am kidding of curse. Man is not measured just by his dick. Have many other things that makes you a man!!!
I will make an implant when funds will be available for me. My 6 year old daughter have priority on everything, so I am waiting :)

Dros

Freemason, have you contemplated surgery? If money is not an issue, surgery might be the safest bet, I guess. And I heard a lot of good things about Dr Kuehhas on here.

Pey-penis

Please do not discontinue sex. It is only necessary to find the right position correspondent to both.

thanya

Dear dros and friends
Regarding Dr.Kuehhas name, where he live and does he have the better way to solve our problem? If that so, then he probably a really kind doctor that I have heard. Lucky us. Anyway we kept chatting all about this sick for awhile with many member here, but not just let it be like star dust, keep yelling to the world that we are here for help, So any Uro  doc if u see this message please help us asap or if u want to make a fortune with our sick, u got it for sure
Regards.

Jonbinspain

Thanya;

You can contact Dr Kuehhas at The London Andrology Centre. He also has a clinic in Vienna.

Freemason

I realize it's all about right position but it's more the shame. I'm. It married anymore. I'm 45 and single...depressing enough.

And Dros..yea money isn't an issue, fortunately...I could do surgery and lose maybe a other inch...and hopefully not get an infection..and be in miserable pain for couple weeks. Hey if surgery could guarantee me to not permanently lose any more length then I would go for it.  What I know is that surgeons prefer surgery because they make a lot more $$...a lot.  I do think they want us to be fixed but I'd hate myself even more if I had surgery then a year later some drug comes out that fixes our problem. Idk.

Jonbinspain

Freemason;

It'd a long way to come for surgery. Only you know how badly this disease is affecting you, your self confidence. How sexually incapacitated you are. The decision for me was easy in the end. I had a severe curvature and I was pretty much incapable of penetrating a vagina. I had battered this disease with anything and everything for some 4 yrs without reducing the curvature one bit. I figured that I had very little to lose.

Of course, you can wait and a viable alternative to surgery may well come along. Also, it may not.

If you elect for surgery, I would urge you to seriously consider The Egydio Technique. It will straighten you out and there will be very minimal loss of size, if any at all.

I had my surgery almost 3 months ago. I'm still not completely healed, that takes 6-8 months. However, my dick is straight again. Size wise, I'm still down about 3/4 - 1 inch short of my old size, but as I still have internal sutures that have not dissolved and are restricting my erect size, that's to be expected. I would expect that if I keep using the Phallosan as directed, then in 3-4 months I will be back to normal.

Freemason

Hey Jon I was looking at this procedure and it seems far better than Nesbit or graph...did u go to Brazil to get it done?  Seems like this procedure the don't remove any scar tissue or graft just make opposite side small incisions to counter balance the curve?

Jonbinspain

Freemason;

It was done in London by Dr Franklin Kuehhas. Yes, you could investigate having surgery in Brazil with Dr Paul Egydio.

The technique involves straightening the penis not my shortening the 'long' side, but by making small incisions based on geometric principles in the 'short' side. In my case the plaque was excised and grafts put in place.

thanya

Dear friends,I have viewed about Doctor kuehhas and it seem we have hope indeed, more of that I was interested in (he...something) about blood circulation and that guy been suck it out by the same doctor, so from now on we have 2 factors at least to show what is real peyronies and what is not (am I right) hmmmm.. In my case as I mentioned be 4 was I have no pain at all no matter erect or not, my penis still straight while erected, I can masturbated but all I lost was length of my penis, I lost at least half of it, like I told u be4 my penis seem like sand clock narrowing in the middle and that area cuz me shorten than be4, on the top of that area I can feel some scar under skin, so, that coz me confused. Thanks everyone.
Regards

Freemason

Hey Jon...how are you not healed after 3-4 months? It shouldn't take that long should it?

It's been nearly 3 years with zero sex for me...not sure how much longer I can take this...I've stopped masterbating too..just got old honestly.  It's more about the emotional side of knowing I'm wanted physically and satisfying a woman. It's at the core of my deep depression right now. I should prob go on a med. but that will just be one more med to mask who I am.  It's not like I can't have sex cause I can...I suppose it could be a lot worse...I'm just so ashamed of my condition and afraid of rejection if it's not what a partner wants.  What makes things harder is I'm a decent looking 45 yr old man in decent shape..not to be egotistical but I've never had a problem with women flirting with me or telling me they are interested. Just don't know what to do.  I'm just in a really bad place right now.

Jonbinspain

Freemason;

It's normal. This is highly skilled surgery to one of the most delicate parts of the body. Without going into gory details, the penis has to be degloved. This involves an incision around the circumference under the head - one of the most sensitive parts of the penis. This then has to be sutured after the surgery. I also have grafts inside which have been sutured too. Plus the grafts need time to take.

My penis is 'usable' I can get an erection and can have sex. It's just not back to what it was. Everybody heals at different rates, and according to the surgery performed. Full healing can take 6-8 months.

Freemason

Ah. Makes sense then. I thought U had the Egypto rather than the graft?

Jonbinspain

It was both. Some of my plaque was badly calcified and so had to be grafted, rather than just incised.
